If you fill your eye sockets with lonely tears, hug your boyfriend pillow, flare your nostrils and bite on a stick of butter while humming the lyrics to "People," she sort of looks like Barbra Streisand. But these would probably still look better with Jen's birth nose.
I can see why Jen chose to channel Streisand! They have the exact same talents! Barbra can sing, act, direct and wear the fuck out of velvet! And Jen....well....she's the master at hiding her nips in photo shoots! TWINS!

PS re: feeling so closely tied - she wouldna had her nose done at all. A long time ago my mom gave me a weird lecture about Barbara Streisand and Judy Garland. She said the main difference between them is that Barbara Streisand wasn't cowed by the fact that she wasn't the "ideal". Barbara (much like Liza without the pills and booze)demanded respect regardless. Judy shriveled up and LITERALLY died. Jen A's a lot closer to Judy than she is Barbara but she holds herself together a lot better.

@litararylioness: I don't know if you are coming back to this thread, but I'm going to try anyway. I just saw the Wallace/Streisand interview and I am LITERALLY foaming from the mouth. This had nothing to do with edgy journalism, the guy was just out to get her. IMO he struck out though, because Babs was quick on her feet, witty and endearing for being genuinly emotional. That must have been some childhood, being so talented and having to stand up to the world and your parents at the same time. All in all a great tip, thanks.

I LOVE the The Way We Were. It is one of my all time favorite movies! I am a HUGE Streisand fan and Maniston is so NOT Barbra! One of my other favorite movies is What's Up Doc? with Streisand directed by Peter Bogdovonich.
One of my interviews was Mike Wallace interviewing Streisand for 60 Minutes when she was promoting Prince of Tides (which she fucked up) and he made her cry! He was so mean to her and he actually apologized to her later about it. If you can find it, see it.
Maniston is so beyond delusional.

I don't really care for Aniston, but I think this was an interesting idea for a photoshoot. All too often we're subjected to people trying to emulate the same actresses/models.
I guess they have to pick someone famous enough and with broad appeal for everyone to instantly recognize, but FUCK- I DO NOT NEED TO SEE ANYMORE PHOTOSHOOTS OF BITCHES PLAYING MARILYN, AUDREY HEPBURN, TWIGGY, or JACKIE O.

Not defending Brad and Angie, but without her relationship and marriage to Brad and subsequent divorce scandal I have no doubt this woman's career would have gone the way of Courteney Cox's or worse (Lisa Kudrow's). IMO she's not nearly as attractive as Cox, especially 10 years ago. I really don't think she ever would have become a movie star. She NEEDS the tabloids.

I immediately saw the resemblance but wasn't sure. I don't get why people think Barbara Streisand is awesome. I've heard a couple of songs and she's a good singer but not great. Her voice is very good in musicals though.

Besides being a performing artist with an incredible voice, Barbra is also a very successful movie producer, director, and a fantastic actress who won 2 Oscars. My personal favorites are "Yentl", "The way we were" (IMO one of the best movies ever made), "The prince of tides", "Funny girl", "What's up, Doc", and the list goes on.
Oh jeez. This reminds me of when Jennifer Love Hewitt dressed up as Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's. Ech.
