i'm 33, i smoke since i was born, actively since i was 14 and i still have to show my id card when i want to buy anything that's meant for 16 year olds.
maybe the big ageing will start when i'm 40 - but hey - guess that's when everyone ages, right?
She smoked when she first started out, I seen her smoke many times in the Funhouse.
But never when she became really popular, everyone in Europe smokes...and they are mostly either those fancy schmancy cigs or rollies. .
I've never known her to smoke, but a cigarette every decade won't kill her.

Her movies so far have gotten soso reviews, as in she's learning, but she's not bad. Why is it indulgent to learn new things? I do that at the local community college since being laid off. Yeah, I can't afford to develop everything, but nothing wrong with trying if you can afford it. I don't think she thinks she's talented as Ritchie in film, but wants to grow-she doesn't act pretentious about it like her music. You can kind of tell she's kind of insecure about it, so to me it looks genuine.
And y'all stop calling her haggard-this woman is 50! I also want her to stop lying so much in the D&G ads though. They are FUCKING ABSURD. And she shouldn't have done the cheeks. Look at Jane Fonda-face lift but very, very subtle. And actually, I don't know about fillers-that whole taking fat out of your ass into your face. I'm jealous. I no longer smoke but I miss it. Not the actual stank ass cigarettes or the stench or the expense or any of those things. But that sense of completeness that I used to have when I marked the end of something with a smoke. Finished lunch? Smoke. After sex? Smoke. Get bad news? Light up. Etc.
If I ever get a terminal illness, I'm going to tale it up again.

I'm a total smoking/grammar Nazi too. My parents and my father's side don't smoke or even drink much really. Then I had first job while waiting for Uni to start where EVERYONE but the boss and I was a chain smoker. They smoked every break they got and bummed money from me constantly. To be fair they are mostly low income, low class , uneducated people, which only served to buttress my convictin that smoking is a nasty, excreble habit.
Over here, we have a lot of malay smokers, usually with lots of kids and I just want to smack them whenever they're smoking around their kids.
