My mastalgia is cyclical, meaning it follows my little uterine clock. All the usuals don't work - warm baths, supportive bras (although that helps and I have to lay off the coffee. This I can do.
I'm sure laying off wine would help too but I don't - I enjoy 2 glasses a night and when the pain gets that bad, the thought of not having a nice PG or Chardonnay bums me out too much.

If I may, I'd like to offer an explanation for Mel's huffing. I think it's outrage and frustration being expressed because he ran out of words.

The only way to free yourself is to get away...this whole lets expose how evil Mel is....it is powerful no doubt, and yes he is evil, evil to the core, but is it really worth all the public scrutiny??? Victims of abuse, myself included, are better of just washing their hands of the abuser, take whatever they can...even if it is nothing, and get the fuck on....no looking back, no retribution, just get the fuck out of there...esp. if there are kids involved. My first fiancee threw me down a flight of stairs...I left him that day, never looked back...it is hard because there are ties that bind you to abusers that only you and them understand, but your life comes first...it takes alot of tears and strength to overcome it, but you have too....I just wish she never exposed these tapes, and just left and moved somewhere, anywhere, cause all they do is bring up pain for us whether it is past hurt, present hurt, or just shocking how sick and twisted abusers are. Mel, truly you can go to hell now...in everyones eyes, you are the lowest piece of shit that ever walked the planet. Worse than O.J. in my eyes.
