The "Bartok" movie was a spinoff from "Anastasia." You're right, it wasn't a Disney release, it was a Don Bluth animation. Azaria did the voice of Bartok the bat, Rasputin's sidekick.
But my favorite Hank Azaria role has to be the Blue Rajah. :)

Nah - I figgered it out (with the help of Wiki, heh) - he wasn't Gargamel's sidekick. I'm thinking of one of two characters named Johan and Peewit. I think the little guy was Peewit. And he rode a tiny horse, and he would dig in his heels and shout "Ha HAAAA, Brickette!"

Scruples was Gargamel's side kick for a while. He was his nephew who'd been kicked out of wizardy school. Johan was a young knight and Peewit was his sidekick that road the goat around.
As for Sassette, she was one of the kid smurfs introduced later in the series who was modeled after Ellie May...very country, good with animals.
(I know..it's sad..and I'm telling my age here!)
