I hate it when I have to write a note to the dumb ugly fuck next door because it makes me look like a fucking nerd having to ask to keep it down after midnight when I know he's having a blast with whatever game he's watching.
KoKo shit is pricey, but its what you pay to live in such a great city! My best friend lives in New York and tells me that my apt. would be at least $2k if it were there. When the lease in his former apt was up (lived with 2 roomates) he thought about moving back to Jersey to save on rent but he found a great, mildly affordable place in the city and stuck with it. I don't blame him. Living in the city (especially in San Fransisco) must be a ton of fun.

i completely feel like i live in a college dorm and i graduated a good 9(10?) years ago...been there done that with all the parties and noise...not that i don't party but now it's sitting in front of the computer with a big ol' glass (constantly refilled) of wine...our fucking rent (of which i am contributing 0 and using savings at the moment) is $1400/mo. to live in the ghetto...
suck&fuck: I mean I am ok if they make noise but not the same shit over and over again. the washer is on the patio...so we kinda share the patio area, f*** bugs me. I'm sure they'll move out soon. young couple college kids..but again arrrgh. the gf is a bitch, when she sees me she gives me this stupid ass face. the guy is alright.

This is the kind of shit that terrifies me to move out. I'll have to move out eventually since the rent is beyond what I should be able to afford but my neighbors (with the rare exception of the one to my left) are so quiet, they might as well be dead.

none of us (foolishly but i have bad credit) signed a lease so even though we have lived here longer he acts like he is the primary tenant...i mean it's been basically spelled out that "we don't like you we want you to move out" but he doesn't give a fuck because he will not find a better deal and he's that dumb that he will live with people he knows hate him...it would probably take months to get him out...we live on one side of the top floor, he lives on the other with the kitchen seperating plus we have the backyard access so i guess i can deal
