Douche Battle Royale
The LAPD is currently looking for douchemeister extraordinaire Joe Francis after he allegedly Chris Brown-ed Brody Jenner's girlfriend Jayde Nicole. If that didn't make your vagina squeaky clean, it gets better (or worse, depending on how you look at it).
It all started at Guys and Dolls nightclub early this morning in Los Angeles. Brody told TMZ that Jayde witnessed Joe trying to put the moves one of his ex-girlfriends. For some reason, Jayde didn't like this, so she threw her drink on Joe. You know how you're not supposed to give a Gremlin water? Well, you're not supposed to throw booze on a douchebag, because it strengthens their douchiness.
After Jayde wasted a perfectly good DRANK on Joe, he grabbed her by the hair, punched her in the face, threw her to the ground and started kicking at her. Security threw a little menstrual fluid on Joe which caused him to run out of the club. Brody immediately followed Joe outside and busted him in the face. Brody was then tasered by someone and Joe managed to get away.
The police are currently looking for Joe. Jayde says she will press charges against Joe.
And the video is where? I mean, Joe getting fisted in his fugly mug and Brody getting tasered in his ass?! We finally know the true reason why they were both put on this earth! It was so all of us could witness their asses getting socked and shocked! Git that video! Everyone's happiness depends on it.

Are we really surprised? As others have said, the man is known to assault women. If I remember correctly, he had the nerve to attack a reporter, then ask her for a good write up right after. His head is huge because of the money he's made off dumb/drunk women and because younger celebutards were flocking to him, hoping a neo-Hugh Hefner vibe would rub off on them.

Y'all should read this...written by a female reporter who was basically assaulted by this douche of all douches. Unreal. This guy's a beast.
I read that awhile back and that asshole assaulted that reporter, who he did not know, in front of his friends who laughed the whole time. I can only imagine what he was doing to his ex at that club before that girl threw a drink at him.
TMZ is saying she threw the drink at Joe because he was harassing her friend which is Joe's ex-girlfriend. He wouldn't leave her alone. So Jayde threw a drink at him. For anyone that thinks beating, punching, and kicking a woman is okay all because she threw a drink at him for harassing her girlfriend, than you need a baseball bat to the face!
Throwing a drink does not mean a man can pull a woman's hair, punch her in the face, throw her to the ground, and repeatedly kick her. You all seem to forget Joe Francis is a convicted criminal and has a very long history of abusing women and underage teen girls and has been sued many times for he himself raping and abusing those women and girls in and off of Girls Gone Wild. He also supplied many of the drugs and alcohol.
Joe Francis is the one who was raped by a man at gun point in his own home and it was being video taped. But here he is still a piece a shit and hasn't learned anything, has he. And by him abusing Jayde, I believe he also broke probation. He also has several more trials coming up soon. But keep on defending this piece of shit??
And I thought I would never say this but kudos to Brody for defending his girlfriend. I never liked him but he did good that night.

All three should be charged with assault with Joe and Brody additionally charged with battery. Throwing a drink on someone is a threat to that person and is legally an assault. If it makes contact it may even be battery, not sure. What Joe did is definitely battery. Ditto for Brody who has the best defense (defense of his girlfriend although not a perfect defense given how it allegedly went down). The DA judge or jury should sort out if the charges stick and who of them if anyone gets convicted.
Personally, I think Joe Francis should severely beaten just for waking up in the morning, BUT under the law, the skank assaulted him. Under the law, his response was not in proportion to her assault. He should be charged for battering the skank. It could be argued that Brody was acting in defense of another, therefore, may not be criminally responsible for his battery. Again something for the DA judge or jury to decide. He (Brody) probably wouldn't be liable in a civil suit though. However, Joe Francis probably would be found criminally responsible and legally liable for the battery. I hope he is.

I would say that his response was grossly disproportionate to her action. Punching her in the face, pulling her hair and kicking her while she's on the ground was hardly an appropriate response. I would say that the guy could have either thrown a drink back or alerted security to have her removed for her aggressive behavior.
