Milla Got Married
Milla Jovovich, star of the epic shit show that is Return to the Blue Lagoon, married film director Paul W.S. Anderson (not to be confused with the dude who did Boogie Nights) in Beverly Hills yesterday. The two have been sexing each other up for around 7 years now. They have one 20-month-old daughter they named Ever Gabo, which kinds of sounds like "Forever Gumbo." Gumbo is delicious, so that name works for me. Anyway, this is Milla's third time at the marriage rodeo.
People says that Milla wore a vintage wedding dress and hair decorations you can buy yourself in the napkin ring section at Pier 1 Imports.
Judging by some of the pictures below, it looks like Milla ended her night by passing out face first in the wedding cake with her dress pulled up to her waist. Seriously, drunk brides are the best. If you're a bride, it's your duty to get boozed in a major way. It's what your guests want.
And I hope Milla serenaded her guests with this beautiful tune. I've been known to blast this mess on my iPod. It's like taking an air bath in one of Enya's queefs.

I like the hair & dress. It's very understated & whimsical. It looks like something I'd want to wear at my wedding. I'm just not into that whole big, bulky, pearl encrusted wedding dress thing. The last wedding I went to the bride wore this satin strapless monstrosity covered in bulky pearls & lace, & my boyfriend & I figured it *must* have been a family heirloom. Then later my boyfriend spoke to our friend, who was the groom, & he informed us that no, it was a brand new $2000 dress.
I told my boyfriend (in private) that she might want to look into getting her money back.
Milla's hot and any man that can bag that deserves an award for waiting 7 years to latch on tight!

I didn't mean to offend, its just I'm the only one I know who regularly wears lipstick, I'm uber pale and can't get away with a little gloss!
That's why I like Milla too, she's not totally predictable like some models, she's kind of pale, kind of weird looking but she works with it!
I remember seeing Milla perform at Molly Malones on Fairfax, this was in Los Angeles btw, back in 1994 and she performed this song. I still have this on a cassette single and I still like this song a lot. It's quirky!

I COVET my autographed Milla cd and my backup copy! I STILL LOVE that cd and would do anything for her to record more. I never felt she was a great actress and the video is cool but I'd re-direct all of her scenes in it... still tho... I LOVE her. I saw her in concert twice in 1994 and cherish meeting her.
I <3 Milla! Watch the YouTubes of her on the street with paparazzi. She's never mean or bitchy to them; lets them take a few pix and goes on her way. She isn't a typical beauty but that's her appeal.

I had no idea that wearing lipstick is one of the criteria for being a true lady. I wear carmex 99% of the time, so I must be a total slut from this estimation.
I don't think I've seen her in anything. The only thing I know her from is back in the late 80s when I used to subscribe to Sassy magazine they'd RAG on her really hard about being too pretentious and always saying she was reading Russian literature that she wasn't and trying too hard to be cool.
I actually like that song. I have the album somewhere.

I must be in the minority here, but I've never found Milla attractive in the least. I remember when that song came out because I laughed my ass off over her voice. And her acting's just as bad. Milla has a very unique sense of style. She used to design a collection of very unusual clothing under the name Jovovich-Hawk, it was sold in very upscale stores like Saks Fifth Avenue. All the clothes looked like vintage pieces found in some British manor or Provence farmhouse.
But last year her clothing line closed, maybe it wasn't selling because of the economy or maybe some financial difficulties...
