The Online Enemy Of NYC's #1 Skank Has Been Revealed!
Earlier this year, 37-year-old model Liskula Cohen filed a lawsuit against Google to force them to reveal the identity of the blogger who started a blog devoted to trashing her good name. A judge in Manhattan ruled in favor of Liskula and Google had to hand over the e-mail address of the ho who created "Skanks In NYC." After a little Googling (irony: here it is), Liskula found out that she kind of knew the woman who was calling her a SKANK at the top of the internet mountain. The woman was her mother. No, but that would've been hot.
Liskula told The NY Post that she's seen the bitch at parties, but never considered her a friend. When Liskula called her up on the phone, her arch rival wouldn't say shit. Liskula told the bitch she forgives her even though she has no idea why she hates her so much. The woman only said that they shouldn't be talking and they should leave it to the lawyers. She never apologized. Liskula is now planning to sue the anonymous skank caller for defamation.
That should be an entertaining trial. They should get the oldest judge in the city to cover this wreck, just so we can all gets the LOLs when he says the word "SKANK" a zillion times.
You know, instead of suing the bitch, Liskula should send her a damn fruit basket. If you Google the word "SKANK," Liskula's name comes up on the first page. I've been working my ass off (literally) for years to achieve an honor like that! Liskula gets it handed to her and she's whining about it. She's not a skank, she's a dumb bitch!

Just imagine the can of worms this model and judge just opened up. Writers and bloggers everywhere now can't have their freedom of writing what they want. She's in the public eye and should grow a backbone. Perez Hilton has been saying worse about real celebrities for years and he's only been sued for stealing pictures. But this model has now dropped her suit and has forgiven the blogger she says. Yeah after this model got more publicity than she has ever gotten in her entire career. She's now being interviewed on every talk show now when she had never been before.
Now I read this article about this bitch and it's now revealed that the blogger started this attack on this model because the model defamed the blogger to the blogger's boyfriend. Did the blogger ever sue this model for also being mean??!?! The model, Liskula Cohen, also turned on the reporter in this new interview.

Is the website shut down? If so, tragedy. Would've been my new fave site. Next to Dlisted, that is.
Yet when I was being harassed and stalked online by a loser who had no trouble threatening me and impersonating me on the internet, I was told to suck it up and change my name, email, address, phone number, etc. And google would NOT give up the identity of my harasser to my attorney or the police. Yet this skank can get the personal information of someone who merely called her a name. Get over it, bitch.
Defamation only applies to statements of fact ("X is a felon"). "Skank" is closer to an opinion. If it is a factual assertion, the blogger would get to explore everything skank-like the model ever did, to prove the tag was accurate (I'd start with the above pic). The blogger might even win by showing the model was a semi-public figure, in which case the model has to show the blogger recklessly ignored the truth. So Team Blogger.
First I would think that being a skank would enhance a model's career (as has been noted by other commenters).
Re: her face being slashed by some guy and this being the end of her career because she's "never had any other job" - whose fault is that, honey? That you've never had any other job? Hmmm...?
If she's losing work it is not because of what some blogger said about her (people hiring her for her looks would not give a shit about that), it's more likely because she's got a nasty overbite and she's getting older. She's probably also the kind of chick who has constant drama with whichever females are in the vicinity and that will affect your employability: i.e. being a pain in the ass to work with.
As for the blogger and whether or not this model is a skank, that is a feud between two uneducated bitches that should never have gotten to court. Now Licks-culo is badmouthing the blogger publicly, which makes her a hypocrite. Stay tuned for the real name of the blogger to be leaked "accidentally".

Listen. This woman sounds like a woman I know who sues someone when she runs out of money from the last lawsuit. This bitch got a bundle from a car accident. Then she was on to this one and that one. One night she called me to her place to take photos of some "bruises" she got from a wet floor slip and fall. I've read a couple of the things. Since the truth of the statements probably can't be proved or disproved, I don't think the is an obvious win for either side. Certainly Blogger X is going to have a hard time with the "truth is a perfect defense" defense. This is not a first amendment issue, in my opinion. Presenting harmful defamatory statements about a private figure (and she really is private, I think) in a public forum as fact is not protected. Also, for those who argue that Dlisted is an example of the same, I don't think so. I think this web site falls under the category of parody. Doesn't sound like there was anything intentionally funny about Blogger X's site. Just some mean shit, if you ask me.
Are there any lawyers out there who can clarify this? I'd really be interested.
