No one believed her "I'm single" nonsense, so she is putting out these stories about having a boyfriend to "prove" to the public that she isn't sleeping with the married man and that the trip in Italy was innocent because they are "just friends".
She is not dating this man and is just using him as a cover for her affair, just like she used JH and all of those other guys. You know that she isn't "dating" anyone because she would have made sure that everyone saw it, just like she makes sure that everyone sees her vacationing/kissing the married man. What this means is that either she is with the married man in Ibzia right now (which will be followed up with photos of the married man arriving at LAX after spending a long weekend with her) or she will be vacationing with him in Ibzia in the weeks to come.
Just because there are no photos of SM and BG together doesn't mean that they have broken up. She is just waiting for the "right time" to resume flaunting the affair. Last year she thought the "right time" was on Thanksgiving and this year it was on Father's Day. So what is the next family holiday? This is when she will show up in public with the married man just to rub the affair in his wife's face and declare that she didn't know any better because she is in love and naive all while she is flauting the affair.
