The second features advice from Kimberly Snyder, who is awesome! You don't have to become a vegan, or go to any other extremes, to pick up a few good pointers from her, as she herself mentions on her blog.
The first article reminds that there are lots of super yummy, low-cal fruits and veg available. These have the added benefit of being full of important electrolytes, as well as vitamins and minerals, making them great alternatives to Gatorade, etc.
Sometimes it's all too easy to slip into a dietary rut, and to rely on convenience foods rather than simple ones like fruits, vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, and the like... and to get into a habit of downing Red Bull and other energy drinks, which will destroy your tooth-enamel if over-consumed.
I'm sure everything will work itself out, if you put a little effort into caring for yourself. We all could use a little help and support, but I would advise against drinking and whatever else was mentioned here tonight. Not a good idea!
