La Toya Was Right (Maybe)
La Toya Jackson gave an interview to the Daily Mail over the weekend where she said that she really believes her brother was murdered. La Toya said that she's going to watch several episodes of Father Dowling Mysteries, take notes and then get to the bottom of everything. Well, La Toya might have been right, because TMZ says that the LAPD is treating Michael's death as a homicide.
Sources within the LAPD say that the investigators are focusing on one of Michael's doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray. Apparently, there is evidence that Dr. Murray gave Michael the anesthesia Propofol which was the primary cause of his death. The evidence includes vials of Propofol founds in the house along with an oxygen stand and IV stand. Dr. Murray's lawyer refused to say one word about the allegations.
From here on out, I will never doubt La Toya again.

MJ was tired of life. He was tired of being scammed, bilked and treated like a golden goose. He didn't want to do those concerts in London because he physically wasn't able to thanks to decades of drug addiction. He wondered where all his money had gone and he didn't have it in him to go out, earn hundreds of millions of dollars again and then watch it all disappear into the greedy clutches of people like "Dr" Tohme Tohme who isn't any kind of fucking doctor at all but rather a sleazy, shady lebanese "bidnissman" con artist with his nose all up in MJ's financial affairs. Conrad Murray may very well have served up that lethal dose of anesthesia but he was actually unwittingly (or not) assisting MJ's suicide. MJ himself said that he was 'done'.

It is only when her younger brother Randy got on a plane and SAVED HER ASS (around 1997) did she leave her husband's influence- he made her pose nude, he made her embellish her autobiography, say things about the family etc.
When Randy SAVED HER ASS she ran back to the Jackson compound, the family welcoming her back with open arms, crying.

It did happen that a bartender was held responsible for a drunk driver - years ago, an actor on a motorcycle lost his legs or something from the accident. I don't remember his name now, but that was a big case in the 70s, I think.
The thing with MJ is that he was not educated, and didn't know how severe this drug was, just that he liked the effect. It was not a prescription drug - it was ANESTHESIA, which no one should ever have at home. That specific part is the doctor's fault.
It's not like a bottle of pills that he took too many of when no one was looking - it had to be administered by the doctor.

The bartender and or restaurant can / could be held liable for an accident involving drunk patron getting into an accident and killing someone.
Part of a bartenders job is to assess the drunkeness of a person. Call a cab, a friend, get them a ride. If the bartender knows some shit faced patron is getting in their car to drive, it's their JOB to call the police and report it.
This is why we cut people off and have drink limits. (Where I work anyway)

You can force someone into rehab but you CANNOT make them stay clean if they don't want to. MJ had been to rehab at least once, probably many more times than that, at the urging of his family/friends.

agreed, this doctor was shady as all kinds of hell. The fam has to be pushing the murder crap either to mitigate the drug abuse and use, or his insurance paid more for accidental death or murder. Insurance policies are wierd. My husband and I both have one. My insurance pays out more if I am killed in an accident, but not if the accident happens at work. My husband's pays out more if he's killed at work, or if he's murdered at over twice the policy if he dies by other circumstances. They want cash, and will ride the story to make it happen.

my point idiot, was IF he wanted to fight his deamons, he could have afforded Dr Drew to be on 24-7 duty for him. He could have afforded the best treatments, the best doctors, for years, IF HE WANTED TO. He chose to continue to live the life of an addict despite being the only parent to those children. Hell, he could have afforded to bring an entire detox/rehab clinic to his home if he didn't want anyone to know. I'm sure there are lots of addicts that want to quit, but don't have the resources MJ did. He chose death. Even whathe was addicted to speaks to his desires. He was addicted to medication that renders you completely out for up to 72 hours at a time. That is someone that really does not want to be part of this earth. He killed himself with his choices.

What kind of argumentation is that? If you're an addict, you're an addict. The only difference between an addict with money and an addict without money is that the latter can't always afford to buy themselves the amount of drugs they need.
It has nothing to do with being able to afford rehab, since both kinds of afore-mentioned addicts most likely would never assume to go that path as long as they don't feel the need to kick the habit.
Also, I would think that Michael didn't take the drugs to get high but to fight his multiple disorders such as anxiety, insomnia and who knows what else.
I don't say that he wasn't an addict, but it's one thing to get hooked on the bad shit due to a condition and another just because you want to kill time and get high.
And just like people say here, you can't force an addict to go to rehab if they don't want to or don't see that they have a problem. So, if you can't reason with them to get some help, which might help saving their lives, and they are not able to comprehend or won't acknowledge the life-threatening situation they are in, then how can you expect them to be able to turn down people, who will supply them with the drugs they need? They can't. That's why it is somewhat naive to say that only Michael was to blame and that his death is only his fault and nobody else's.

this whole thing is hideous. what that doctor(s) did was MUCH more than enabling. before anyone shouts that MJ was an addict and it's his doing alone, these people took an oath to DO NO HARM & to actually use the training they received to keep their patient healthy, regardless of what that patient THINKS he wants.
Instead they appear to not only have knowingly prescribed controlled substances continually knowing full well he was an addict but also actively administered potentially deadly anesthesia (!?!?). That shit shouldn't even be found outside the OR, let alone be used for "sleep" or whatever else. Without a dr., MJ never would have gotten his hands on this.
IMO, they may not have set out to kill him, but they knew FULL well that this could be the result and took a gamble that it wouldn't go this way, and that they could continue to get their payout, privilege and whatever else they got hanging out with him.
These people need to be prosecuted and to have their licenses revoked. Disgusting is not the word.
