Elizabeth Taylor Is In The Hospital
Cindy Adams of The New York Post says that Elizabeth Taylor was hospitalized in Los Angeles yesterday, because she has the sads in a major way. A source said that ever since her best friend Michael Jackson passed away, she's been in a terrible state.
Apparently, Elizabeth has not received rainbow-filled hugs from the family either. The source says that Elizabeth wanted to attend Michael's private funeral, but she was banned by the family, because she was his friend and not theirs. Take that with a grain of salt, because Elizabeth already Twittered that she was going to mourn Michael on her own, because she didn't want to be part of the "public whoopla."
The source added that Elizabeth is suffering from exhaustion.
You know, there should be some kind of fluffy kitten network for situations like this. Liz just needs to eat a lot grilled cheese sandwiches while watching kittens play 24-hours a day. It'll cheer her up a little. Kind of like the Shiba Inu PUPPY cam. Actually, scratch that. That's not a good idea, because when the Shiba Inu puppy went completely dark, so did my no-heart (again).

fyi, the puppycam is still on--not 24/7 but during the week. the girl pup they kept is now 9 mos old and she appears with her Mom and two other adult shibas. 2 of the sibling pups come over for playdates occasionally. there is even a message board for the pups as well as a greeting card line. (yes, I know I need a life, lol)

Well Jesus Christ Cindy Adams, did she ever STOP? Reminds me of the Simpsons when Homer gets hypnotized reliving a childhood trauma and they can't get him back so he just screams for days - at work, home, church. I can see Liz doing that.

Elizabeth Taylor's life reads like a long-ass list of medical dramas, including several "near-death" experiences. I'm not saying she was never really ill in her life, but I suspect that some of these conditions were either exaggerated or fabricated for the purpose of getting attention.
It is well known that some patients with Münchausen syndrome have the knowledge and the ability to trick doctors into making a diagnosis for a fabricated condition. And let's not forget that Liz is a first-class actress. Remember Who's afraid of Virginia Wolf?
So, let's take this recent bout of "exhaustion" with the proverbial grain of salt. The broad will bury us all.
i remember when jacko died there was a statement from a publicist that liz was too incoherent to be able to make any statements about jacko's passing. being too filled with grief etc. well, this is not really a surprise. i mean she has spent most of her life in a booze-filled, pill-popping, near-comatose state. she hasn't done anything for like 40 years and probably doesn't even know he's dead yet.

I don't think so. As far as I know, MK always names his sources and then it is up to you to check them and to believe them or not. And I also don't think that he states something as a fact unless he didn't check and double-check the sources or makes it very clear through his writing that his statements should not be taken seriously. Otherwise, he would risk to have a lawsuit on his hands faster as he can write his favorite word c**t.
