Trice from Oxygen's Dance Your Ass Off - For those of you who aren't familiar with this shit, Dance Your Ass Off is basically The Biggest Loser meets Dancing with the Has-Beens. I think these women/men have lots of balls to go out there and put themselves on national television.
And to the person who said they wont lose weight doing a 30 second dance. It's not just that, they are on strict diets, and go through a rigorous exercise plan, of course they wouldnt lose weight dancing for 30 minutes, but with all the dancing practice and other exercise, they will lose the weight. I say kudooze to them all. I wish they all lose their weight goal and alot of them can sure dance better than alot of skinny people Ive seen dance.

Ronfather is an angel compared to Heba, Vicky and their minions from hell (husbands) from the season before.
I'm telling you, get your ass over to projectfreetv.com(I think) and watch it for yourself(for those who started watching The Biggest Loser last season.)
Guaranteed entertainment and a satisfying ending for that season.
I liked the last one too, since it was my first time viewing it as it aired, but wished Tara had won. Ah well, I'm cool with Helen winning too, I guess.
I was surprised at how some of these contestants dance better than the DWTS contestants. last week was hip hop week and more entertaining, but i really like this show.

Naturally, I needed something to watch while it's on hiatus, so thought this might work. Two episodes in and I still don't know who's who and want to murder the judges, but I'll give it couple more episodes before giving up.
Oh, btw, you must watch the season prior to the Ronfather one! There were some real villains in it and, as usual, team BoB was shit and had all the assholes.

I tried watching this show last night, but my head was too foggy to follow it.
That said, since MK seems to be fond of it, I might try it harder next week!
The judges were a bit of a drag, but the premise is really good and I don't even care for dance shows.
The contestants do lose weight at a much slower rate than The Biggest Loser though, so I wonder if this will succeed ratings wise, as I'm sure TBL does so through being able to flash big numbers across the scale every week.
