Here's a bunch of amazing highlights from a 1994 documentary called Wildwood, NJ. This shit really makes me wish that I grew up in New Jersey! These classy and refined individuals could have taught me so much about life! I wasted my best years at Barbizon, when I could have been educated by the masters of elegance. I mean, the below quote has just been downloaded to my brain area and I will use it as much as possible:

I agree!. The 90's sucked big monkey balls, for the most part of the decade. We had the cheesiest pop, the cheesiest rap, etc.
The 80's had really cool music, even if said music mostly came from one-hit-wonders but the fashion was just so fucking horrible. I still can't digest the 80's "creative" fashion stance.
The 90's had fucking horrible music AND fashion. Quite honestly, the grunge movement saved the decade. It was music bands like Nirvana and Pearl Jam and their fashion statement who actually made the 90's a little bit modern and bearable.

OMG, growing up we went to Wildwood EVERY summer, from 1980-1997 for our summer vacation. My favorite outfit I rocked there was a pair of pink pedal pushers with white flowers with a blouse that was white with pink flowers; they were the same print but reversed colors. A must have was the banana clip, too. Like around 1994 or so, the big trend on the boardwalk was umbrella hats. Every jerk off bought one for 99 cents and wore it when it rained, or even in the pool. This totally made my day.
