In Girl with a Pearl Earring, ScarJo demonstrates this whole feelingless vibe perfectly. Shes staring into space 90 percent of the time, same as in The Island. She tries to hard to be controlled it comes off as stiff and feelingless IMO.

I feel the exact same way about Scarlett Johanssen as you do. Scarlett has always been a lot of hype and no substance. She just kinda stares off into space in most of her movies shes really expressionless and I don't connect with her characters she plays, usually the media plays it off as poignant stares and deep brooding on ScarJo's part but I just see it as a lack of acting talent and no expression or feeling in her acting, its like shes reciting the script in a dreadful monotone since some director told her to be "serious"

To me actresses like Emily Blunt, Amanda Peet Juliette Binoche that are kind of out of the limelight are probably much better than anybody on this list

Marley and Me was just one of the most depressing movies I've ever seen. It wasn't terrible, but I hate seeing movies where the puppy gets it. I had a 10th month old yellow lab die on my last year. He just spontaneously left us in the middle of the night, and to make it worse, he looked and acted just like Marley. I started crying before it even got sad...and I hardly ever cry at movies, because I'm a sadistic evil bitch.

(I realize Jennifer Aniston isn't the greatest actor ever, but she's far from the worst. At least I can sit through a movie without feeling the urge to throw up.)

But on the other hand, Wanted...I just heard that movie was terrible. I think that if Angelina Jolie isn't surrounded by an all-star cast that she just can't act her way out of a paper bag. In terms of skill, Angelina Jolie seems like a B-actress.

I kind of feel the same way about Scarlett Johannsen. I've yet to see her act in a role that grasps an audience. She just doesn't stand out as an actress to me.

I say that professionally Meryl Streep deserves to earn more money than everyone else on the list does, because she's that talented of an actor and she's been acting for a long enough time to pay her dues.

Off Topic: Doesn't Angelina Jolie look a little bit like Billy Bob Thornton in that picture above? It would explain a lot...

Yes getting kids when one has issues isn't a good idea look at MJ's kids, same thing with Angie and Brad, they really don't seem to be interested in their kids lives and they themselves have a whole range of issues. I mentioned things that actually happened. She was in a mental institution. Thats a fact not a rumor. Saying shes a bit messed up in the head is exactly the same to me as saying Michael Jackson was a bit messed up in the head.

Angie was in a mental institution, wore vials of blood around her neck, stole two men away from their partners, has six kids that are probably going to end up as messed up as the Jackson bunch, compared to a feeling an anonymous blogger has about JA.

I'm not judging Angie on rumors (there've been rumors for example that she cheated on Brad with a chick, I didn't say anything about that).

I'm choosing to judge her on facts and things she told the media, its the same to me as jugding MJ on the things he said to the media and did in the public eye like dangling his kids over a balcony.

Same with Brad I don't think dating minors is cool when one is an adult. Wanting to have a football team of kids when one already has six that are being dragged from continent to continent doesn't sound like a good situation for the kids

So yes I'm judging them on things they said and did in the public eye not rumors. BIG DIFFERENCE

Angie does look dangerously thin these days compare her photos now to the photos she had when she was doing Tomb Raider, she herself made a statement last year to say that she had stoppped eating because of her mother.

JA did none of those things. Just saying

I think Meryl and Halle are probably truly on the top of that list if one compares the costs of their movies and how much it ends up making. Even Kate Winslet should be higher up on that list than Cameron Diaz or Nicole Kidman since Kate's indie movies make a lot of profit in comparison to Nicoles or Camerons

Number 1 I did not go off on Sibi. I just pointed out that no credible media outlets have ever reported that JA has a coke problem. There are NO pictures of her stumbling out of clubs high as a kite as in the case of someone like Lilo.

Also I stated that just judging by the recent pictures of JA in the media, she doesn't seem to have an eating disorder. Its like someone telling me Megan Fox has an eating disorder. I'm just stating that the media reports lots of things about her that aren't always true and which she has never confirmed.

My "proof":Blind Items, blogs,... I have met some celebrities in person (when I lived in Los Angeles.)

1) Angie has been committed to a mental institution. Jen hasn't

2) Angie has been seen very publicly kissing her brother and has told the media that she was in love with him. Jen hasn't

3) She wore vials of blood around her neck. Her father said she had "issues". Jen's hasn't

4) Brad dated teenagers when he was in his mid twenties. Shalane Mccall, Christina Applegate, and Juliette Lewis.

5) Brad dyes his hair to match all of his girlfriends, adopts all the things that they are into. Julliete Lewis was into scientology so he was into scientology, JA liked the beach, he liked the beach. Angie spoke about charity, he speaks about charity now.

6) Most of the other commentators including me on this thread kind of concur that Brad and Angie are the slightly less stable and sane ones.

7) Give me your reasons why JA is less stable and one good reason to condemn her other than a "feeling" you guys have.

You have to look at the whole picture. Megan Fox selected by some guy magazine does not mean she can pull in box office the way that Angelina does. For most Americans, if you ask them who Megan Fox is they wouldnt know. I bet people would be more likely to know who Angelina Jolie is or Jennifer Aniston, for that matter, than Megan Fox.

Not necessarily. Jolie plays the humanitarian to get good PR and Tom Cruise had a bad year publicity wise last year with the whole couch jumping incident.

She has also lost a role to Charlize Theron, Angie was supposed to star in a movie with Pierce Brosnan but he passed her over in favor of Charlize.
