Usually, you only see pristine creatures like this roaming the side streets of Panama City Beach, FL picking up discarded cigarette butts in the gutter while looking for a peen to blow. But Las Vegas got a treat (and a trick) when HoHan showed up to the MGM Grand looking like she had just been released by the PCB PD after spending the night on a concrete bed.
HoHan was there to celebrate her (brace yourself....hold on to something....seriously) TWENTY-THIRD BIRTHDAY. Bitch looks more like a 40-something seasoned hooker celebrating her 23rd year on the ho stroll.

Although, I don't think HoHan's swollen belly is due to a human baby friend. Well, she could be pregnant with an 8-ball, but I just think it's a case of good old desperation bloat. Getting her picture in a tabloid magazine this week will ease that shit.

I have these pictures of my step-sister from when she was young and she had a little pudge on her and I'll be honest, she wasn't as pretty as Lindsay but modely - there was a time she'd get scouted cuz I guess she had that oddly not entirely ugly look they go for - , but the downward spiral is SO much the same...she's a pill popper (prescribed, of course) and a pot smoker AND just a smoker, she got REALLY concerned about being skinny but still lived on junk food - just not much of it...
and I also have pictures of THIS time in her life when she was looking JUST like this - just starting to look dirty (cuz this really IS just the start). We haven't spoken in a long time but I just saw pics of her on FB... at almost 40, she's looking pretty much like she digs herself right up outta da ground every morning. A little more colour than Heidi over there but it's mostly gray.
I wish I could show that progression to Lindsay.
