Debbie Rowe Will Get Custody, If She Wants It
Michael Jackson's three kids (Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket) are currently being taken care of by his mother, but Debbie Rowe says she is the legal parent of two of them. Debbie gave birth to 12-year-old Prince Michael and 11-year-old Paris and can get legal custody of them if she wants to. People says that despite reports, she never gave up custody of them.
During her custody battle with Michael in 2005, Debbie told the court she wanted to give up all rights to the kids. Probably because Michael gave her some cash money to skip away and go do something else. At first, the judge granted Debbie's wishes, but then he changed his mind and gave her rights back. Debbie's lawyer told People, "She lost them, and then she got them back." Her lawyer went on to say that Debbie is a mess right now, so she hasn't made a decision.
The Jackson's family lawyer said that the kids should be raised by Michael's mother, but that it's really not up to her. He said, "Katherine is the logical choice – she has all the grandkids and nieces around her but it will be up to the courts. I wouldn't be surprised if there are more proceedings regarding the children."
All together now...What about Blanket?! Well, the identity of Blanket's mama je'e has never been revealed, so it's not really known who has legal custody of him.
I just hope this doesn't turn into some long ass custody battle. They should all get together and decide that LaToya should raise them. I only say that because I wish LaToya was raising me right now.

Joe Jackson was a terrible father who beat and berated his kids! Michael even said so! He told Michael, when he was a little kid, that he was ugly, no good, etc. and this abusive asshole is still living with Katherine so putting those kids there is the same as abandoning them to hell.
All of the Jacksons have been sponging off Michael for YEARS!! What have any of them done lately, except Janet? Nothing! They have been living on Michael's money and now want the kids so they can make MORE money!
Michael's kids don't know the Jacksons, Michael was never around them that much. They even have a lawsuit against Michael for not touring with the others on a reunion tour!
They should be fostered out to a couple wiht NO hidden agenda and then adopted like the orphans they are with the court controlling their money until the are 21.

Bob Geldof got custody of Tiger Lily when Paula Yates died. Tiger's parents were Michael Hutchence and Paula. Bob did not want the sisters to be separated, and I think it was a great gesture of Michael Hutchence's parents to consent to this arrangment.
Seeing Peaches and Pixie now, I have my doubts if this was the best thing, though. However, the eldest, Fifi is doing very well, so there may be hope.
This is sad. I don't think Debbie Rowe deserves those kids. She wanted money, and she was willing to give up her parental rights. Michael Jackson was kind to his kids, and I think this is a pickle. His mother shouldn't raise the kids, because she and Joe the tyrant screwed up the Jackson kids, especially Michael. There is alleged child abuse from Janet and La Toya, and these young kids would be sitting ducks for Joe. This is a sad situation.
I hope that she and the turkey baster that was the real father do a better job raising them.

Anyway, some woman (missed her name/occupation - is that important??) said that she and *others* know that MJ's kids were conceived via Debbie Rowe and a sperm donor "hand-picked" by MJ. I hope those kids are kept together. It would be a shame to subject them to seperation. .... Who know maybe MJ already named a guardian in his will since he was technically ther only parent. I really doubt he would have left them hanging like that knowing that he was thier only parent.

If Blanket's mum does not seek custody, the court could decide that it is in the best interests of all three kids to keep them together. Thus, if Debbie gets custody of Michael, Jr., and Paris then she could get custody of Blanket as well.

Last I heard of Debbie Rowe she was living on a racnh in the country raising horses. I think that would be a good quiet spot for the kids to heal as none of the Jacksons would be a good influence on the kids.

One of the commenters (can't remember her name but she was on Court TV) while being interviewed on MSNBC this morning stated that Michael Jackson was not the biological father of any of the children (*gasp*) and that she knows the bio dad...blonde hair and blue eyed dad.(You know who I am thinking of!) And she also said that he might very well come forward to claim all three children.
I just know Debbie Rowe is a money grubbing skank who does not deserve those children. Yet I don't want Kathryn and Joe to have them, either. Look at the fucked up mess they made of their own kids.
