There are 2 reasons why I like Wendy Williams. Okay, maybe 5. Or 10? Wait, her ENORMOUS titt-titt-titt-tittays count for how many reasons? Anyway, I just want to put on a Slanket and cuddle up in there. You know, I bet if you jumped in between her buh-bees (nod to the Housewives of NJ) of wonder, you'd pop out of Aretha Franklin's magnificent chichis. Then if you jumped back into Aretha's, you'd pop out of Salma Hayek's. If you jumped back into Salma's, you'd pop out of Jesse Metcalfe's. Like a chichi portal! I bet that shit exists!
Here's a member of the chichi portal team at last night's NewNowNext Awards in NYC. The award show was also attended by natural beauties like Ongina, Selene Luna and Bianca Del Rio. I don't know who Bianca is, but I felt like her face was too spectacular to pass up.

Yes, Migraine - we had a HELLA downpour today! It started around 10 and just kept going. It finally stopped around 12:30. Can't tell if it's from the monsoon season or some other storm - I think that's what the DH said...it's cold, too. Like 65 degrees. LOL. "cold" It was like 104 yesterday, so 65 is COLD!

In MANY CASES LIKE THESE I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE OLD TESTAMENT RULE COME INTO PLAY - "DO UNTO OTHERS" (at least I think it was the Old Testament. Need watch that Moses movie again.)
Ok. Here's what should happen. THAT GUY SHOULD BE PUT IN A SEMI TRUCK AND THEN FOUR GUYS JUST HURL THE FUKER OUT THE WINDOW. Hopefully he would land head first, feel a lot pain, get paralyzed, then die within a week, then get on the bullet train to HELL to suffer for ALL ETERNITY. However long that is. But yeah, definitely, some of these completely useless creeps should be cut loose in contained building that houses completely amped up meth heads. Drawing and quartering was also an interesting punishment. Only for those who truly deserve it. LIke the guy just mentioned.

Momus, if someone has been convicted of murder and sentenced to life w/o parole and then they are indicted for another murder, why is there a trial? Why spend taxpayer money when the guy isn't ever getting out of prison anyway?

Legally, a judgment is not final until the entire appellate process is over and all petitions for writ of habeas corpus have been denied. At any stage the conviction could be overturned. Therefore, if a new charge is alleged then the defendant must tried on those charges within a certain pertiod of time because the Sixth Amendment guarantees every one the right to a speedy and public trial.
