Where Is Dr. Kimberly Shaw When You Need Her?
Because we need her to come back and blow up Melrose Place all over again. This shit looks horrific and mainly because Asshole Simpson is in it. Someone please put a butt plug on her (not you, Papa Joe).
These are the first few stills from the new Melrose Place which will terrorize our TVs in the Fall on The CW. Spoiler alert! It will be canceled a week later. Naw. The CW doesn't play that. They like to slowly torture us.
The cast includes: Stephanie Jacobsen, Colin Egglesfield, A Big Asshole, Shaun Sipos, Katie Cassidy, Michael Rady and Jessica Lucas. Sydney Andrews is in some of the stills below, but I don't even think her brilliance can save this shit. I'm still going to jump into my bong and give it a shot.
And how long before Jessica Simpson has run out of yard sales to perform at and is forced to guest star on this mess?

My husband and I were in Las Vegas earlier this month. At the MGM Grand, they have this CBS studios place where you can preview t.v. show pilots and rate them. (You don't know what they are until you're already signed up and in the preview room.) Lo and behold, we got to preview this pilot. And let me tell ya... It. Was. TERRIBLE. I mean, just awful! I was honestly kind of excited when I found out what it was, until about 10 minutes in when I realized that it wasn't going to get any better. And Ashley Simpson's character is just downright CREEPY. She's this nosy neighbor who just hangs around the pool all the time. It was very odd. The plot is weak, most of the characters are not very likable, and there's a wannabe Heather Locklear character who grated at everyone's nerves. It was honestly just crap.
I LOVE Katie Cassidy. Feel sorry for her if she has scenes w/ Asshole, though.

Asshole's miserably miscast in this, I think I'd watch it for 10 more minutes if Jessica was on it instead. Since when does Asshole act OR on is on TV (well since the SNL acid indigestion/lip-syncing debacle)?. How the fuck does that make sense even!?!

I don't even watch the 90210 bullshit now, much less this shitty remake of a show that wasn't even that good to begin with...yeah, I said it. I barely watched it back in the 90s, but the BH 90210 is the shit, because that show had style and Luke Perry hair and alcoholism all rolled into one. Plus, when Donna got drunk at prom and didn't get to graduate...that was comedy gold! Unforgettable (violins AND song playing...) The show jumped the shark when Donna lost her virginity and when Valerie came on (she was so boring as a bad girl, predictable...at least Brenda was a manipulative bitch and entertaining)...I'm going on YouTube now to reminisce! SOB!
