Please Xenu let this shit be real. Blind Gossip posted 3 items today and they all smell like barley water. If this is the truth, homegirl better hope the force is with her, because this shit might get dirty. At least, I hope. Here's the three items:
He’s been served! She has finally pulled the chip out of her head and has served her controlling hubby with divorce papers! And boy, is he mad!She will file on the grounds of “Irreconcilable Differences”. The other choice would have required them to go to court, and would have just reflected poorly on both of them. Her attorneys - especially one who worked with her predecessor - have been able to work around most of the restrictions in her original pre-nuptial agreement. She did not fulfill the terms of the contract that would maximize her payout, but she will receive a sizeable chunk of change to keep quiet about his personal life and his special relationship with another high-profile man.
She had him served with documents for a “Dissolution of Contract,” not “Dissolution of Marriage”. There is no court filing yet - that’s the next step. She will be asking for sole custody of the kid/s. She is not currently pregnant.

I dont feel sorry for Katie at all...I dont think she is as naive as people think she is...She had stars in her eyes for all the fame & money this "arrangement" was going to bring her, it wasnt real love which is probably just another reason why her parents were so disapproving...No one(besides tweens & teens) actually in love acts they way they acted, it was over the top phony, they acted they way they imagined people madly in love would act.
I actually think Suri may be Tom's child. She kind of resembled him when she was a baby & now she just looks more like Katie. I really thought it was Chris Kleins when the whole thing started because she seemed to look very pregnant so quickly, but the kid looks more like Tom than Chris.
I just hope the truth finally comes out whatever it is.

I am of the opinion that Suri is the result of a sperm donor. Either someone in COS, a relative, or an anon. donor.
It may be weird to think that someone would do this for a guy she barely knew, but if you believe the other popular theory that Katie was already pregnant when she met the Mighty Midget, it is no more odd than the idea of her turning over her kid to a stranger affliated with a very controversal org esp. as so much was made of her coming from a "devout Catholic" background. (Since they were never married in a Christian Church, the Catholic Church does not recognize the marriage. Also, I doubt that Suri has ever set foot in a Catholic Church.)
BTW, I met a woman last summer whose mother has worked with Martin Holmes (Katie's father) for over 20 years. Apparently, Katie was a real bitch before she ever met Cruise and made it clear that she wanted to be a movie star as opposed to an actress come hell or high water.
