Now that the teddy bear version of Little Voice is a worldwide star, shit from her past is creeping out. No, not sexy lingerie pictures of her holding Pebbles. Old recordings! This is a recording Susan Boyle did back in 1999 of "Cry Me A River." Unfortunately, it's not the Justin Timberlake "Cry Me A River." That would've made my pepperoni Hot Pocket taste so much more delicious.
Now that we have a new Susan Boyle recording to slobber over, can she stop singing "I Dreamed a Dream" now? That song has been playing on a loop inside of my head for the past few days. It's making me want to dramatically die into someone's arms. I dreamed a dream I never had to hear that damn song again!

I am trying to avoid the whole craziness going around about her, but I gotta say that is a very good rendition of Cry me a river.... one of my all time fav songs.
Her voice is so sultry on the latest release, cynics can't deny the magic, no doubt there is a lot of media manipulation going on in the background, but a humble and hugely talented lady is living the dream, I'm happy for her. She's not your regular untalented famewhore, watch her demeanor, she's not exactly craving attention, yes, she's doing interviews, but she doesn't delve into her private life, only her passion for singing. Nope, wasn't trying to be facetious, I see ugly people every day 24/7, if I'm going to have everything from gossip blogs to the local news push some random person down my throat, at least give me something hot to look at. She has a good voice, but as someone else pointed out, she's not the only ugly person who has a good voice, it just so happens the producers of the show decided to capitalize on the "ugly with talent" hype because it makes for good ratings.
As for fake plastic glamour being the reason our country is going to hell in a handbasket, our country has been there for years and it's had little to do with grooming and looking your best.
