Sans Fards!
Fards is a really hot word. I know it means cosmetics or make-up in French, but it sounds like a cross between a fart and a turd. A fart that accidentally produces a turd. A fard! Yes, I'm a dumb dumb American with the brain of an 11-year-old. Anyway, this post has nothing to do with fart turds!
French Elle has decided to do the unthinkable! They put Monica Belluci, Eva Herzigova and Sophie Marceau on their cover without make-up or any Photoshop trickery! So they say. They had to have used something! A tan colored Crayon? Maybe The Empress of Lucite stood near them and they soaked in her intense beauty rays. That had to be it.
Of course, they choose three ladies who are hot without all that shit. You know who I want to see without pounds of make-up and Photoshop? I want to see some JLo! Maybe some Xtina too! That's who I want to see! However, it might be impossible to photograph Xtina without make-up since I think the layers of bronzer on her skin are baked on permanently.

Lara, waterproof concealer. I've worn it to the beach for ages.
Also, if you don't have the tat applied you can always apply semi perm makeup (henna) or self tanner used as contour, applied with certain brushes. I did a whole piece on it. Check the archives at my name here.com. Soon, I'll do a no makeup tutorial. It's under 'tips' and Madonna. You can see the tat so clearly in the pic I used from this site. Also, most celebs have makeup tattooed on. Madonna and Kidman had it done in the past two years or so. You can see the tat right outside the lipline. I had it done so I know it when I see it. They match the tat to your lip color and extend your lipline a tad. Some people get the whole lip done. It hurts like a bitch!
All of those whores are gorgeous, but not a single one of them has NO make up on or photoshopping imo...

I've seen jlow without make up in pics and she looks like any other person on the street and she only does the stupid squint thing when she has 20 lbs of make up on.
They probably had to put some translucent powder or something to get that dewy complexion, but Monica is truly gorgeous no matter what. She has great features make up or not...and she is not pouting her lips are built that way.
When they say no make-up, they mean no Zach Efron style make-up (i.e., no mascara or blush).
They definitely don't look like that right after they wash their faces in the morning.
