Don't color me surprised, because I'm not, but this is still some shit out of left field (and from 2 years ago). Creepy McCreepster aka Howard K. Stern is expected to turn himself into custody tonight after being charged with making a pill popper even pill poppier (yes, I made up that word). Howard K and two doctors have been accused of conspiring to provide prescription pills to Anna Nicole Smith from 2004 to 2007 even though they knew she was straight-up addicted.
In case you smoked away the memory cells which contain shit from '07, Anna died from an accidental overdose on February 8, 2007 in Hollywood, FL.
Specifically, Howard K, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich were charged with 8 felonies. The charges include "unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance," "obtaining a prescription by fraud, deceit or misrepresentation" and "prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict."
TMZ says each whore's bail has been set at $20,000. Dr. Sandeep is already in custody in Whittier, CA. Oh shit. Maybe OctoMommy can drive down there and entertain his ass with a belly dance. And by "entertain," I mean torture.
You know, I didn't know a ho could be charged with giving a bitch too many drugs? My weedman better not eff with me or the party is over. But seriously, Howard K. Stern should go to prison for just being a fucking creepy skeezer. I feel molested in a wrong way every time I look at his pictures. Like I said, ANS got plucked out of some trashy southern strip club by the old man husband, so I'm not sure why anyone expected her to turn into eliza dolittle in the first place. She was a stripper that made herself totally famous for showing her body - isn't that a strippers dream come true?

I remember following the whole ANS drama, and the only time I ever felt any sympathy for her was when her son died. Anna always struck me as a hedonistic, selfish manipulator. She used the helpless kitten routine whenever it suited her or she would affect a naive innocence, but I never bought it. I believe she loved her son, but she loved herself more. I also believe Howard was not only enabling her, but taking advantage of her stupored out state especially toward the end of her life. I think he is an oppurtunistic vulture, but so was Anna in her own way, they both used people. Look at all the bullshit she was pulling trying to get the rich old guy's house, trying to get him to say the baby girl was his (after he had already had a vasectomy), basically shopping around for a baby-daddy when all along they KNEW Larry was the baby daddy. And lest anybody think I am a Larry fan, NO WAY. That little scrub is whoring that little girl out when ever he can. He isn't any much better than Howard or Anna. Birds of a feather, the lot of 'em. That little girl was doomed with Anna at the wheel (or Howard) but I don't think she'll be leagues better off, just somewhat with that dipshit Larry.
I never understood why people villainized Anna's mom, she seemed to me to be the most sincere and concerned person in that whole debacle.
It seemed that if Anna didn't have a USE for someone, or they didn't do or say what Anna wanted they were meaningless.
Just my take.

You know, normally I'm all about an addict taking some responsibility for their own actions, but I have a really hard time when we're talking an addict that's prescribed excessive drugs by "legitimate" doctors and the aforementioned drugs are picked up and brought back to the addict by family/friends.
ANS was what Britney would've been if her dad hadn't taken complete control of her entire life. ANS didn't have a daddy. She had old man dead husband that took her outta the strip bar, Howard K/random leechers & a bunch of doctors willing to give her however many pills she wanted.
I hope that Howard K & the rest of these fucks get theirs. I really do. ANS didn't have a chance.

I totally agree with you,the only thing it made me had simpathy for her was when she lost her son, I don't have kids but I've seen somebody loose her child, she was screaming begging to somebody to cut her damn uterus because it hurted ( and she was no druggie or fucked up perosn, a very loving and responsible mother), I Don't think I wish that on anybody, but If ANS belongs in Hell, all these mother fuckers should be there with her.

I have a very hard time showing sympathy to a lot of celebrities...however, I am quite sympathetic towards Anna...she seemed like a genuinely decent nice woman and she seemed to truly love her kids...I believe her heart was in the right place but she couldn't think straight because of all the drugs.
