And here they are. It's Kristen Johnston and Kathryn Hahn as Patsy and Edina on the set of the American slaughter of the British treasure Absolute Fabulous. No, it wasn't a vodka-induced nightmare. Is this real life? Yes it is.
Kristen and Kathryn can dump their costumes and scripts into that trash can and run for it. There's still time! There's still time to save the world. You know, I shouldn't fucking judge something that hasn't even aired yet, but look at them. At them, look. They look like two PTA moms who are trying to dress as Patsy and Edina for Slutoween. You can't try, you just have to be.
But I'm hoping these hos will prove me wrong. And expect to see HoHan in the exact same outfit Kristen is wearing. I think the costumers went through her dirty laundry.

I thought it was Fergie, too! AbFab is one of my all time favorites and this "remake" will suck fish guts. Kathryn Hahn looks too young to be Edina. American humor won't translate to the concept. American Gluttony will not be funny in a recession. Kristen Johnson isn't chic or pretty like Patsy. Sad Sad Sad day when someone greenlighted this to waste money. Well, atleast the crew has jobs for a month or so.
They should never try to remake that classic. But Megan Mullally and Christine Baranski might have had a chance to do something "based on," except with its own spin.

My mother had me watching AbFab at the tender age 6. It was great British humor that would be able to make our red-neck lives better and hopefully give me the idea to go into fashion or art and not have babies at 16. Guess what I'm 22 no babies, collage degree and if I had kids or any other human in my house I would not let them watch this trash, you can't re-make shows, especially not here in thick as shit America, over here we like Fart jokes and fat jokes, not sophisticated humor that you might have to know something about beforehand. And the show is not that sophisticated, it's just that ask 10 people and only 2 people know what you are talking about when you mention this show.
