A couple of weeks ago, I was talking on the phone with my mom and we were talking shit about the usual. My mom was watching TV, Access Hollywood or some shit, and she said, "That Lindsay girl has been with the same boy for a long time." Here I am thinking my mom was making a funny. Homegirl wasn't. She truly believed that SamRo is a real-life boy and doesn't just play one in paparazzi pictures. How could she not know?! When I set my mom straight, she said, "Well, I just look at pictures. I don't read that sort of thing and she does look a cute, little boy." And then she said, "It's not like you ever tell me anything." Like it's my fault!
Anyway, White Oprah Jr. and SamRo were back together last night in Hollywood doing lezzie type things or whatever. I just really want to drop a powdered soap on HoHan and then turn the hose on her. That would be a waste time since "Lohan" doesn't really wash off.

Just Jack, sorry it was the only picture on my desktop when I joined dlisted awhile back lol, so I just used that - plus my friends made a tshirt out of the Heidi Klum picture also, I should change it soon though :p
PH - if you are going to cut the carbs, you need to up your protein intake. That way you won't feel hungry all the time.
Example:
Breakfast:
Omlette - 2 eggs, onion, spinach, ham, cheese. Or Id drink an Atkins meal replacement shake.
Snack - Atkins chocolate peanut butter bar.
Lunch - A low carb wrap. (low carb tortilla, either deli lunch meat or cut up chicken or steak from the house) avocado, tomato and pesto. (instead of mayo)
Snack - veggies with some ranch dip (carrots and celery and cucumber)
Dinner - a breast of chicken (bbq'd or grilled or baked) and a veggie (green beans/broccoli/cauliflower).
I have a list that tells me what veggies/foods are high in carbs and low in carbs.

I have a question: how does one stop eating carbs? I totally need to cause my size 5 pants are getting too tight! It's a tragedy of massive proportions. I feel like that Girls Aloud ho who got upset when she went up to a size 29!

Make sure you eat regularly, because if you starve yourself you WILL end up reaching for the carbs. Have some veggies handy for when you get cravings.

He spoke to the media about Lilo when she first entered the Cirque (or whatever it is called) treatment place in Utah. I am sure you can still find it out there in a google search. He said something about how he spoke to Lindsay's counselors there about making sure she got the proper treatment and not just for her alcohol and coke addictions but for her painkiller addiction too. I don't remembber if he used the name oxycontin specifically but my memory is telling me he did. It was long rumored about her using oxys before he dropped that tidbit. It almost sounded like Lindsay didn't tell them about the pills and thank heavens for Daddy Lohan going in there and enlightening everyone!
I know there was that blind about her family intervening Shitney style, but, shit, what are they waiting for? Or are they hoping she ODs because it would make for a better comeback?

M.E., I think I'm gonna start with the bread. I am such a whore for a good sandwich, but I don't mind salads as long as they have lots of protein so I feel full. My whole issue is that if I don't have carbs I'll feel like I'm starving in a couple of hours. But I've been feelin' really fat lately and it's hard for me to stick to a strenous yoga regime over the course of a week. Maybe I should start jogging.

I think she's getting the zombie hands that all those cracked out celebutards were getting a few years ago (i.e. Nicole Ritchie, Rachel Zoe, Posh). I thought Hohan was part of the Adderall crowd though. They are some real angry lezzies they are, they need to lay off the drugs and have a real relationship if they're gonna make things work. Remember when SamRo was in the driver's seat with Hohan passed out next to her? That is probably the start of their beautiful friendship!

Hopefully that will help.
Paris Herpes - it's really hard at first to figure out what foods you can and cannot eat. I cut out bread, sugar, flour, etc. I changed to low carb tortillas. Lots of vegetables, salads, etc.

Good question Silvara0428! I don't know the answer to that but they are clearly co-dependents. I read once that Sam was known in Hollywood for being a supplier of pills and maybe coke to the "in crowd". Not exactly a dealer, but a valuable resource to many. Wouldn't surprise me if she introduced Lindsay to her oxycontin dependency and addiction. Sam always has that look of an oxy freak with those bags under her eyes and her gray complexion. Oxy users get a gray tint to their skin because the drug is a respiratory depressant and they simply don't get enough oxygen to their organs, including the skin. I think they both use opiates of some sort primarily and probably some coke mixed in for good measure. Lindsay has obviously owned up to the coke addiction in the past but it was her father who spilled the beans on her opiate addiction and dependency when she was in treatment, in Utah. I once knew a heavy oxy using (straight) couple and they fought all the time about the stupidest shit imaginable. People think that painkiller addicts are all mellow, warm and fuzzy all the time but the reality is that over time they become very edgy and irritable.

I was there last night, she was at Ghengis Cohen in Hollywood/West Hollywood, CA...she is such an attention whore! Samantha was playing an acoustic set with a band and Lindsay kept screaming shit out like "she's amazing!" and standing up and I think she even said "no comment" after Samantha said "that's why you shouldn't do drugs" to the crowd. Then they went outside and Samantha forgot something so that gave the paparazzi over 2 minutes to take pictures of her outside of her car, it was such a calculated move - she even dropped her keys and stayed longer to have more pictures taken. Oh yeah, Nicole Richie was there also, she was much nicer than Lindsay Lohan, she was really quiet and reserved and smiled at everyone, unlike Lohan who gave the evil side eye to everyone in there...

yeah she did seemed coked out of her mind, she kept looking around all paranoid especially when someone inside snapped a picture of her, she kept looking at her for like 2 minutes really pissed off, and she was wayyy thin, she looks really fucked up and kind of lost...
and yeah samantha played acoustic guitar and sang with the band, but her guitar skills aren't anything to write home about, she's just average...
