I remember this one time when my kid was three. We were walking down the street and saw this guy. He was kinda tall and heavy set (not strong but not really 'fat' either) wearing black and white checkered short pants with suspenders, Docs, a purple short sleeve work shirt with a bow tie.
He wore Buddy Holly glasses and his hair was cut like this but it was blonde and he had a little more at the back but it was shaved down the middlein the back - he had pigtails with bows in them and a goatee(this guy did NOT look gay - even in that outfit).
