Carrying a toddler face outwards like that is SO HARD on your back! When I have to lug my 3 year old around, he's facing me, and I hold him centered, not off to either side. Then after 5 minutes I tell him he has to walk because he's 35lbs and lugging that around is TIRESOME!

I just wanna know WHY Katie looks so frigging shot out all the time while ass-monkey Tom looks like the picture of health..?

You cannot convince me in a million years that Tom and Katie will be able to reproduce again. The only reason she got knocked up the first time is because she was having Josh Hartnett's baby!!!

I love DListed. It's the only celeb site worth visiting, IMO. But I never want to see a picture of this kid being hauled around by her mother again.

The bratty faces, the dopey outfits, lack of appropriate outerwear...it all just irks me for some unknown reason.

I understand the carrying the kid thing. It could be dangerous with the paps ect. And sometimes going from the car to the house maybe no coat or something.........but no shoes? And I have kids and that is not the way to carry a child - the only time it looks like that is if they are seriously trying to escape.

I never even knew who katie was until the couch jumping thing but to look at pictures of her the year she met tom and then now......wow she looks rough. I hope things improve for her since this play is ending......she can't live long with this steady decline in her posture/appearence/skin tone

i think one of the many reasons katie looks so haggard is because suri is an insufferable brat. maybe she goes into temper tantrums when put down, and wants to be held all the time. i've known kids like that.

but, shame on tommygirl and katie for dragging that kid into the spotlight like an accessory all the time, instead of giving her privacy and allowing her somewhat of a "normal" life. they deserve whatever they get.

As a mommy of twin 3 year old boys...i know for a fact that you carry your kid any way you can. They squirm and wiggle....so you just potato sack em if you have to. Not every kid is like Violet Affleck, who just rides her mommy's big ol preggo belly.
