It was totally pre-meditated. As Nancy Grace pointed out, who puts duct tape on a dead body? So she did it BEFORE the baby died.

You know how parents can be. Yeah she was 19, but at 19...you dont have a career, college degree, experience....basically all the things you need to be independant and your parents have a large sway over you life at that point. Youre still very dependant on them and therefore they can manipulateyou into things...

Well, if Casey is 22 now, she was 19 when she had Caylee.

So yes, she was an adult.

When Casey first got pregnant, she tried to have an abortion, give the child away to a friend and give her up for adoption....but the grandmother forced her to keep the child and promised shed help raise her. Skip ahead a couple years and the grandma is threatening to take custody from Caylee and kick her outta the house cuz Caylee cant take care of her....Caylee is the one who committed these atrocious actions and should be put to death, but I hope the Grandma feels heartache and pain everyday of her life for her part in this sad sad story...

She is so despicable. If she actually taped that baby's mouth shut to silence her and then drugged her to knock her out so she could leave and fuck random strangers I don't even know what to say. Apparently she's a horrible, irresponsible, selfish BITCH. Stealing from her family and friends, REALLY? Fucking crackheads do that. Whore.

Bradi - yes, it is. But the area where the body was found had, up until recently been covered by water. So, it wasn't able to be searched, even though it was on the map of places to be searched.

I'm not saying I disagree with that theory, I don't, I'm sure that is very likely what happened. I'm just saying that regardless of her reasons, she's a fucking monster for drugging her kid to start with, whether she intended for the little girl to die or not.
