And I admit that when I see a tattoo on a not badass or deserving person, it automatically lowers my opinion of them. And then on some people, it makes me think they're cool. Totally subjective and probably not fair, but whatever.

....LOL you better put me on your cool list! I got 4!! A beautiful rose in honor of my mother and my sister (everyone loves that one) on my upper arm, a scorpion on my ankle (November baby), and yeah a chinese symbol in the tramp stamp area-it actually stands for my job LOL (I only went to school for 8 years and have beaucoup debt), and an infinity sign on my back. All very easy to cover up at work! Actually everyone who sees mine says they are very classy and they all have meaning. No color in them which helps. I think color sometimes makes them more garish looking. Some people get some dumb looking ones or cheap looking ones (hint:Alanis) or just have too fucking many (hint:Angelina) or have no meaning (hint:drunk college whores). I planned each of mine carefully and looked at many pictures before getting them done.

And yeah I also have a belly pierce....lol

She is so charming and I have seen her photos on Meetwealthy. com, she is very popular and welcomed by a lot of wealthy singles and celebs, I also met many Sexy, Curvy, Classy Women, open minded rich couples, hot rich guys, nice wealthy admirers here.

I haven't seen Alanis for several years (the last time being when she was on "Curb Your Enthusiasm"), and she looks very different now. I wouldn't have recognized her.

The tat looks fug and fake. I can't stand looking at Alanis. She always looks like she rolled out of bed. She's got to do something with that awful hair. I can't believe the hotness that is Ryan Reynolds was ever hitting this mess. That, plus I hate her music.

I would get the appeal of tatoos when they were uncommon back in the good old days. Now everyone has it, so what's the point? Attention whores getting them for the uniqueness are laughable.

Finally, before the tatooed hoes start going apesh*t over what I said, if your reason for having a tatoo is not something retarded like 'Angelina has tons of them!, then consider yourself excluded from my tatoo rant.

Jagged Little Pill was the first CD I ever bought, so I have warm, fuzzy Alanis memories. Her music of late isn't my thing, but she seems funny and down to earth.

Ya know, when every douchebag and 45 year old soccer mom at the grocery store has tattoos it means it is officially time to jump off the tattoo trend. I used to love good ink, but ever since my 62 year old mother told me she was thinking about getting a tattoo, I have to laugh at every 'edgy' celeb that inks another random, lame tat on their beautiful, pampered skin.

I think she is so self righteous it makes me ill.

They never age well, so I try to think of something creative in a place that isnt going to get nasty and wrinkled in a few years.

personally, tats are not for me...but i don't judge whoever has them...i just read an interview last night about natalie cole who has the hep and kidney failure...she did heroin years ago and she said she got a tat about 10 years ago...she alluded to both as possible sources of her health problems...

I actually do think it's real.. She used to have 'Gentle' tattooed there (if you look at the close-up you can still kinda see it) and the tiger's legs follow the 'g'.

Tits - for the most part I agree with you on the Chinese symbols, except in my own defense. I really like astrology and for a period in my life was really studying it. I have a chinese dragon, with the chinese symbol for year of the dragon in it's fireball.

But no one ever sees that tattoo. LOL.

I also have my sun sign on my ankle.

Obama campaigned for at least 18 months, so it still fits. I don't mind the tattoo, it just is in a weird place and all the colors make it look kind of childish.

I'm not sure that was a tattoo. That was the symbol of Obama's campaign. Something to do with the sun rising on a better tomorrow or some type of purple drank like that. I hope it's just body art that washes off.
