Well, a few things. It's usually customary to get a shot after a show. Britney was running all over town giving away shots of every damn thing for ages and now she's got something legit in NY (rather than LA) and she doesn't give. They feel cheated.

And no - I didn't see any kids - which is cool cuz that's a point of contention with me. Whenever we see celebs carrying their kids in an out of those things it's a photo- op. To CARROT: yes, to a certain extent, you are absolutely right. Something in the milk ain't clean where this girl is concerned, but I really do not believe this is a new and dramatic development (i.e mental disorder) which caused her to "lose her shit" all of a sudden. I think it's more like a stunted formation of the adult self brought on by the early "slutification" of Britney, whereby she was turned into a neat little pop tart package and shipped off to conquer the world. As a result, she missed out on a lot of important things like highschool, college, true frienship, true love, private mistakes and failures, etc, all essential for the acquisition of attributes such as intellect, maturity, self-reliance, objectivity, introspection, stability, etc. Hence, Britney was waaaay too immature and unprepared to deal with a tough seriesof failures and challenges like a broken marriage and premature motherhood. I mean, she had no real friends, no strong family ties, no real support group, no inner strength, and no tools to feel validated and worthy of love other than the glare of the spotlight and the allure of her sex appeal. So yes, absolutely, Britney is damaged goods. No question about it. She's not right in the head because the life she chose for herself was nothing but smoke and mirrors and gave her nothing real to fall back on when her "pefect" life fell apart. So imagine what a beautiful picture you get when a girl that is lonely, hurt, scared, and immature drowns hersorrows in the hard stuff while she hangs out with a bunch of asswipes...

1. The Accents - Brad Pitt changes his style to match his current beard. Brit changes accents to match her currents mans. Example Justin - Watch a Justin interview and then watch a Brit intreview around teh time they were dating, I'm sure you'll notice similarities. Adshit comes from England, Brit spoke with a British accent (or her version of it), she probably thinks this is what grown ups do.

OR, she knew what she was doing and laughed her ass of in the car going "That'll make them think I'm crazy! OMG, next time I'll try Spanish and see how much the media covers THAT."

2. The Head Shaving. - Didn't she go to rehab not long after this? I'm guessing she did it because of a drug test she knew she wasn't going to pass. Besides - "Everyone shaves their head." (Thank you Brit for that "explanation".)

3. Holding Jayden in The Bathroom. - Something tells me that was "revenge" for when Kevin wouldn't let her see the boys and she attacked the paps car. "It took me awhile, but, NA NA NA NA!"

To CARROT - have you ever been a heavy drug user? Or have you seen people who are heavy drug users while they're "on"? I have seen them, and they adopt pet personas, talk about swearing they are giant glasses of orange juice who can't lay down because they might spill and die, and freak the fuck out because they're stuck in a really bad mental space - it's a lot like mental illness, only that it's self-induced rather than a freak accident in the brain. Besides, she was fucking Adnan when the accent came on, and if she was on drugs it would be totally natural for her to act that way. If Britney had really been mentally ill, she would talk about her past in a very different way. She's basically admitting to having been a shit person for a whole year, and admitting to surrounding herself with shit people. She never EVER speaks of having been mentally unstable in a permanent way - and permanent, serious mental illness is the only way you could have a person speaking in different accents. Besides, the accents are nothing - my friends and I love to talk in fake accents all the time, because it's funny. We do bad Indian accents, bad German accents, bad British accents, bad Spanish accents all the time, sometimes even when out in publich (which can be pretty embarrassing)... People always underestimate the power of hard drugs to fuck up people in a very bad way. I have known people (including a distant relative) who fell victim to drugs, and while they were in the grips of their addiction they were constantly changing people - one day they were histerically funny, others tragic, others total assholes, other just fucking pathetic. And being weined off drugs can produce a personality like Britney's at present - a bit numb, a bit lackluster... because their brains are missing their former stimulants and have to reprogram themselves to work without these stimulants.

Seriously, CARROT, think about this whole bipolar thing for a little while longer, and you'll see it doesn't fit. Besides, like other people said, when true bipolars are depressive, they don't leave the house for days at a time, and during her bad year, Britney was out every single day.
