Only rich people had the Disney Channel when I was a young ho, so I used to go to my friends house and watch as they all Mousercised. I didn't do that shit, but I was mesmerized by Kellyn's hair. I think this came on in the wee hours of the morning and I would catch it while getting ready for pre-school or Kindergarten. That shit was hot.
I mousercised. I seem to recall it was on really early in the morning. We had one of those huge satellite dishes. We could probably send messages to the space station with it now.
Not only did I mousercise, though, but I used to get Get in Shape Girl. It was these different exercise kits that would come with things like ankle weights and dumbells that weighed next to nothing.
How come there are no fat kids up in there? PREJUDICE!!!!! ;)
