Are you sure she's wearing Spanx? I have the same thing on and they're called Milk Shorts from Bliss. They're supposed to boost circulation, make cellulite disappear and make your skin soft. I guess you could wear them to make you skinnier but I've worn them under clothes and didn't notice a difference.
