Being gay is not a mental disorder, nor is it an addiction. You need to educate yourself before you post such offensively incorrect statements. First, i was wondering when one of your kind would show up here.
These "scientists" were also financed by Extreme Religious affiliations on the right. They had a negative disposition toward the Gay/Lesbian citizens to begin with. And the "Cure" has been proven to be nothing more than brain washing. Some men and women can be "shamed" into believing they are not gay, doesn't mean they still aren't.
90% do not have mental or substance abuse problems. That would mean 9 out of 10 of my Gay friends would, and no, they don't.
It's people like you that cause some of the stigma and denial. It is nature, that's how it works, but you go ahead and promote misguided and bedeviled beliefs.
The rest of us are caught up and quite tired of having to turn around and tell you to STFU.
