I can understand the creep factor in that clip - but people really do need to at least understand that it's only our conditioning that makes us feel that way.
I don't think so. Yes, we do have a problem with breasts outside of a sexual context- and feeding is what they are for after all- but I doubt there is a country on earth where an eight year old is fed like this. It's normal for babies and toddlers to shit themselves- eight year olds less so- would she keep them in nappies so they can have the warmth of a nice full one?
We grow up and develop and this looks creepy and like a woman who wants to keep her earth mother business up as long as possible.

OK- 8 is pushing things - and in today's society you do have to weigh what you think are the benefits of letting a child continue to breast feed against the stigma that might be attached to them from a society that would view it as an aberration, but in the West we stop breastfeeding way earlier that other societies do. And there has never really been a good reason for that.
