That Whole "Sex Addict Thing" Got In The Way
David Duchovny and Tea Leoni have been separated for a few months now, reports People. I guess she couldn't live with him putting his penis in another people's moutholes, vaginas and poopers.
They issued this paragraph of words confirming that their 11-year marriage is on hold: "In light of continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny, the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months. you're right, it would be a great movie to release leading up to halloween. I have always felt it would have worked better in the fall rather than the summer. partly due to the mood of the season and partly due to how many big movies came out this summer.
My 2 cents on the X Files movie:
It was interesting and pretty good, but it could have been a lot better. I agree with those who say they could have postponed it til fall and worked on it more. I think it would have gotten greater audience attention especially this month with the so-so movies coming out -- Changeling anyone? bleh. And goes with the Halloween spirit.

I don't care one way or another about the mulder/scully romance and I liked the xfiles movie. when the series ran I didn't get to watch much of it due to work so I never got into any of the fads about the show.
of course everyone has their own opinion. but I think there was more to the story than some people realize. but I didn't go in hoping to see any particular thing (aliens, for example) and I think that makes a difference.
The X-Files film was pure grade a garbage. It was written to pander to those Mulder/Scully romance fans and it failed because of it. Californication is not as good this year at all. DD is having rough year.

even though their kids are young someone will say something to them. which is also quite sad.
I did really like the latest x files movie. I went the third week to the late show and the theater was pretty full (there were other movies to pick). that was kind of surprising after hearing how few people went to see it. I had seen a lot of x files right before I went since my friend just bought the dvds so maybe that made a difference. but I thought it was an interesting story.
i couldn't go to sleep before this... he's hotter than hell.
