Still Waiting On That Blog Rant
As expected, Kanye West will not face felony charges for getting all bitchy with a pap at LAX. Kanye's assistant friend will also not be charged with a felony even though he busted up thousands of dollars worth of camera equipment. TMZ reports that the City Attorney's office is deciding whether or not they will file misdemeanor charges.
That's fine and everything, but I'm still waiting for one of Kanye's manic blog rants on this subject. I've been doing my eyeball exercises to prepare for all the CAPS and exclamation points I was expecting him to use. He has disappointed me. I'm hoping he's planning something epic to make up for it.

Should have added to my scare rant that I've seen some serious shit done with NO consequences. Like people running part time businesses at work, during working hours. More than a few of those out there. Then there is online game sites or people loading games onto their computers. So dumb. There is no answer to this behaviour if you're called to account.
When I go back to work I'm getting a cell with good web access and games so no one can touch me. The piece of mind and PRIVACY would be worth the extra cost, and I'm a hopeless addict.

You view this site and post from work? Whoa. You should seriously rethink that. Monitoring is very easy, and just because no one has said anything to you doesn't mean they aren't collecting info that can be used against you in the future.
This is especially true if you signed an internet usage policy letter type thing.
Working in IT, I know enough to NEVER EVER post to a site like this from a work computer, I would only view it on my lunch hour. Sorry.
It's not only employees being paid to surf - but it's a cost of bandwidth issue as well as in "why are we paying so much for internet access?, who is using all this bandwidth?"
If your company blocks sites like youtube or prevents streaming radio etc - that tells you they are already aware there's a problem.
