She adopted Maddox with billy bob but after they divorced she got custody of him, in a way he gave up custoday because. He never really put up a fight to get him. I guess he never wanted to adopt in the 1st place, after all they were moving so fast she starting sleeping with him, when they did that movie together, she broke up his relaionship with his finace laura dem, and made him adopt (SOUNDS FAMILAIR DOESN'T IT, THATS THE SAME THING SHE DID TO BRAD, ANGIE HO IS A REPEAT OFFENDER) so billy bob had a moment to think before things got out of hand and left her crazy ass, anyway you can give custody of your child to anyone, your boyfriend. neighbor etc. brad and her can't adopt together because they are not married, so she adopts them and she gives him custody, and he adopts them and has the same right as her.

I agree with you pimpcessa, Mad previously had Billy Bob's name. Someone said he adopted him. I don't think you can undue an adoption. If this is the case Brad did not adopt Maddox. I have a hard time thinking Brad adopted those kids. We'll have to look into the law. If she adotped them on her own. How could he adopt them in the states, not to mention they never live in the states.

Hell yeah she used maddox, I say that all the time. she used maddox to steal him and shiloh to trap him. she told the kid to start calling brad daddy. I forgot who said it. I think it was courtney or brad's brother, but they said brad and jen ALWAYS planned to start their family when friends was over, and guess when brad cheated on Jen rigt around the time friends was ending, remeber when he said him and her became friends on the set.
Well he probably told her that he planned on starting a family with jen very soon, and whoregelina began to set her trap... That bitch planned everything from the start because she knew having brad would give her the publicity and attention she desperately wanted, but she didn;t want him for him so she had to change him from who he was into the anti social, atheist, unhappy guy we see to day, poor pitt. You know, when Jolie admitted that Maddox called Brad "daddy" while they were in a hotel room, and that it caught her and Brad off guard, I thought BULLSHIT. I think she brainwashed her own child into thinking that Brad would be his daddy eventually. Why else would this child think to call him "daddy" unless he had been prompted by Jolie to call him that? I also think she used that child to connect with Brad - knowing how much he wanted to be a father. She probably used the child as a way of staying close to Brad even after the filming had ended. I wouldn't be surprised if she had Maddox calling him at home while he was having dinner with Jen!!
The bottom line is that he knows he was emotionally if not physically cheating on his wife with Jolie. I think this is why we haven't seen him do an interview in ages. Why not sit down with Barbara Walters? It's b/c he'd have to divulge the answers to the tough questions pertaining to his divorce and the "jolie timeline". He's a coward. One lies and the other swears to it.
Well being that he say things like " I'll always love, Jennifer we had a great life together". Tell's me that he didn't fall out of love because clearly he still care for her. I think the reason neither of them express the "I love you" to one another is b/c Jolie is a cold fish. From the moment she started discussing brad in her interviews, she would only comment on what a wonderful father he was to the children, and a great partner. BUT never discusses HER feelings for him. You'd think after 6 kids, they would admit that the other one is the LOVE OF THEIR LIFE. But I've never heard or read those words.
I also believe the reason Brad brings up Jen is because he's harboring a shitload of guilt. I think they had a great love for one another at one time - maybe he still loves her and that's why he won't talk up Jolie in interviews. He may not have been in love with Jen any longer and maybe that's why he left, but I think he still thinks highly of her. He always spoke about how she was his best friend - quite frankly, I don't even think 6 kids is enough to make him feel that way about Jolie. Jolie's best friend is her brother.
I know for a fact she destroyed the relationship just look at her track record it will show nothing but her sleeping with men she work with and break up relationships.
I think brad was manily in love with his wife but he just put himself in a position that made him get trapped. Another thing I find funny is how Brad even years after his divorce can talk about his love for Jen but he has never pubicaly said he love jolie. or spend that much time talkling about her, everytime he is asked something about her he deflect it and give an answer like
"the kids are fine every one is fine" they always answer questions about them with the "kids" and even tho she like to talk about brad and her kids like they are so throphies .she can say she love billy bob and was proud to be him wife but she has never pubically said she love brad. I agree with you. I thought it was odd that she was so quick to respond to the break up rumors as well. She says they never read about themselves unless it's from a reputable news outlet. Since when is Perez Hilton and tabloid magazines considered reputable? hmmm.
Also, you can't pay much attention to what these actors say to the public anyway. Brad Shitt sat on Oprah's couch (after he filmed or was in the process of filming MAMS)back in 2004. He did nothing but PRAISE his wife. Went on to say how Jen is the warmest person, everyone in her life gravitates to her like a moth to a flame, she doesn't have a bad bone in her body. He made it sound like she was a blessing, a best friend, a Godsend - and yet within months they were announcing the separation! Go Figure. I believe we will never truly know if Jolie and him end the relationship and if they do they will continue with this charade for the sake of the children. Or until Jolie starts bringing women home to her bedroom!
Yeah most adoption laws are like that, and even with married couples you have to be married for over 3 or more years. Thats why they don't adopt in the U.S because no one we give them a child. The kids are her only hold on him. remember when she said she didn't wont and would never have any bio kids. She needed something to give brad a reason to stay because towards the end of his marriage it was really intense so she popped out shiloh because she taught that would so the trick. and its funny because she mysteriously got pregrant last year right around the time he was supposedly getting ready to leave her. she would have learned with billy bob because he still left her even when she made him adopt maddox. but with zahara she claim they decided to adopt her together and brad was there with her when she signed the papers and got zahara, but by this time she was preganant with shiloh so he didn't really have a choice
...........like billy bob said "She is just going through a high school phase. You know dating the quarterback of the football team with Brad Pitt over there. She'll be waking up from that dream in no time." angelina doesn't want a damn thing from brad but his name and status. He was already "big time" and she was just tomb raider, the hollywood freak who make out with her brother, talked about her sex life non stop, and did crazy shit for attention. and she saw that brad could give her what she wanted publicity and ATTENTION. she wanted to create this elite imagine for her self, and wanted to almost copy the golden image brad had with jen. in the sense that she, wanted to create this golden couple, with the golden family etc and it back fired and they become the most hated couple. She could probaly try to keep the adopted kids away but brad is not going anywhere without zahara. I guess they have that bond because in a way she was his 1st child. maddox was already older and zahra was only a few months old when they got her but yeah he has as much legal right as she does when it come to all of them. So in a way she can't keep them away. I can't wait to see if there will be a custody battle and if they will turn on each other

And obviously she adopted Maddox and Zahara prior to his leaving his wife. I remember reading how right after she adopted Zahara she got really sick and was in intensive care or something fighting for her life and an article came out stating that Jolie wondered if it was karma because of her breaking up Brad & Jen. Not to give validity to the karma article but just as a time frame of reference. He didn't adopt any of those kids originally so I wonder if he legally adopted all of them yet? And if not I bet AJ is gonna put the smackdown on visitation of any that don't legally belong to him. She seems like a control freak and would totally expect that from her. Especially if Brad hooks up with someone else - her ego is not that strong.

Lol Pimpcessa, I actually think this IS normal for them, all that happy family staged outtings and photos and "we always do things together crap" is just for show.
