Totally inspirational. I'm also trying to quit, though I just had a smoke. I once quit for 3 months and I only got through it by carrying around a little piece of paper that told me what health improvements I'd made in that time. I'm going to try again and say goodbye to all those things -- cancer, etc.
I tried the patch once for a hot second and it gave me these crazy, vivid dreams.
PS. I'm totally unimpressed by this chick's body.
