The supreme deliciousness known as In-N-Out is on the cover of Paper Magazine. Oh, and Lily Allen is on the cover too. She probably didn't even take a bite out of that shit. She just posed with it and then threw it in the garbage. It's not right. It's not okay.
Lily also had an interview with the magazine. But who cares about that?! Well, in case you do, here's bits of it. Read that shit while I lick my computer screen.

I love their french fries because they're not riddled with grease and salt. You have to wolf them down, though- they don't translate well cold.

I confess to being a Philistine, but I don't get the whole In'N'Out thing. When I was in San Francisco last year, I went to one out in Marin. It was packed(at 2pm), there was no place to sit. The burger was very good-but I've had as good or better at SteakNShake, Culvers, or lots of MomNPop places. The fries, though sucked whale balls. They looked like a picture in a magazine...and tasted like one. No shit, they had no discernible flavor at all-not grease, not salt, not potato. Can an afficianado explain why they're so lousy?

Yeah, I'm ready. I'm taking four classes this fall and should start on my thesis my spring semester. I'm trying to push my studies so I can finish in the Spring. I'm working on my MBA. I just need to stay healthy cause last time I lost a whole two semesters and no summer school. The BF and the doc said no til my lungs completely heal. Now I'm getting the okay healthwise and I'm excited. I gotta cut back on my brunch Mimosas in case I have homework...okay, and drinking too much in the evenings. LOL

The last time I was in the drive- thru portal I was watching as the burgers were being tended to and I couldn't BELIEVE the amount of what I suspect is seasoned salt being poured on the meat. I got skeert, but just "forgot" when it was time to eat. I think they season the sh*t outta the meat and hence it has tons of flavor, very salty.

Hey, Mike- after reading your comment about the MSG I tried to search if In N Out uses MSG and stumbled upon some VERY alarming info about MSG. That shit is not only "not good for you" it is downright dangerous. Going to dig deeper and I see a leaf turning in my near future. Scary stuff.
