I went to high school with michael phelps. He is the worlds BIGGEST asshole. i remember his mom used to come in school like she owned the place sashaying her fat ass around like a she was some kind of swishy queer. A few years ago when the local tv station wanted to do a piece about how kids at towson high felt about him, they couldnt because we ALL hated him, so they went to another school to get all of the happy pieces they wanted about him. I sat next to him like from middle school on and man was he a pompous douche bag. He told me That because i wasnt athletic and was into art, i was a waste of space that i should go kill myself.

When he won at the last olympics they changed the name of the street that our school was on to Michael phelps way. we had all graduated by this point, but when he got caught for a DUI with an underage girl passed out in his back seat they changed it back to Aigburth (the original name) the next day.

It been really annoying to live here in towson where hes from, and everyone is like oooo michael phelps! it sucks to here how amazing he is when he so is NOT.

And on the steroid topic, i dont know if he did steroids, but i do know that from middle school on he would get up every morning at like 4 am and swim for hours before school, go to school and ten go train after school. so really i dont think he does steroids, i think he actually worked his ass off and won the genetic lottery.

Why? Well, I usually have a decent 6th sense / bullshit detector. I could tell Phelps was not all he was made out to be by the media. My main clue? His teammates reactions to him. Sure, frat boy Lochte liked him. But the older ones, the ones I thought were cool and hot, they seemed almost offended by all the attention Phelps was gettin. And NOT in a jealous way, either... I remember, the one that pullllllled ahead at the end to win the first relay over the Frenchmen, when asked if he did it for Phelps, he was like, um NO, I did it for me and then the team. LOL. I fell in love with that guy right then. :D He's also one of the older Olympians, too...
Also, I can see mamaphelps being that way, deffo.

His Mom should be very happy and proud. I on the other hand couldn't care less. I don't understand what impact him winning medals has on anyone other than him, his friends and family and people involved in swimming. People act like he did something important. Its not. Nothing against him, its all the people blowing things out of proportion that suck.

I still think this bitch is TOO close for comfort but I will commend her for trying to get with that bitch Chris Collinsworth (?) when he sat with her at one of the events. He said that bitch was squeezing his leg and then as soon as it was over she was all over him like white on rice. That's right Momma Phelps you better get you some.

As for Phelps, I'm still not convinced he won that 7th gold. From all angles it looked like Cavic won, you could even see Cavic's hand against the wall. I know it's all based on a touch pad and whoever touches it first but your telling me that sh-t can't be rigged? Good for him that he won 8 but I know what I saw and what's wrong with having 7?

As for hot swimmers, why not make Eamon Sullivan hot slut? Does anyone know if there is a Papa Phelps? I never hear anything about the dad-only the chola mom. And yes, I too, am Phelpsed out. Okay-he won 8 medals and that is a great accomplishment. I think what Michael Phelps did was fantastic. But what REALLY REALLY REALLY pissed me off was only seeing his face when the National Anthem was playing when there were three other guys who also won the same medal as him and got no attention. Imagine being the other guys parents wanting to watch your child win a gold medal and stand on the podium to get his medal, and all you see is one person out of the 4. It took all 4 guys to win the medals, so why not show all of them. Maybe they could have showed the other swimmers more and Mama Phelps and Michael Phelps a little less.

I doubt Phelps is on steroids since he's participating in this voluntary drug testing program. Also, the Olympics are holding onto samples so that as more technologies become available to test newer forms of performance enhancing drugs they can test old samples.

Phelps' DUI was in the fall of 2004. He was 19. He got charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, violation of a license restriction and failure to obey a traffic-control device. I'd love to see that mugshot!!!

I started to find her really annoying. And I am sick of all the attention on Michael Phelps. Yes, he is good, but there are other people just as good. He won so many medals, because swimming has so many events that it allows that to happen. Other events don't have 100 different things to compete it. It isn't an even playing field as far as that. So, he is good, but he isn't the greatest athlete that ever lived. And I would take Mark Spitz over him any day. Talk about a hot dude and he is probably still hot to this day... Michael can't help it, but he definitely has a butter face.

I don't think there's anything wrong with celebrating Michael Phelps' historic Olympic run. He's the greatest Olympian of all time--we're bound to hear a lot about that. Hell, I'm happy to celebrate with him! :)
