Sir Bob Geldof's daughter and one of the biggest messes of the UK, Peaches Geldof, married some dude in Las Vegas. The Sun reports that 19-year-old Peaches and 23-year-old Max Drummey of the American band Chester French got hitched on either Wednesday or Thursday of last week.
None of their family or friends were around to witness this blessed union. Her spokesbitch issued this statement:
"The couple tied the knot in a simple low-key ceremony in Las Vegas last week, while holidaying in America. Peaches first met Max, 23, a Harvard graduate in anthropology, two years ago. Max's band, Chester French, played at the ITV iTunes festival, where Peaches was a co-presenter of the show. The acclaimed new Boston band were signed by Pharrell Williams to his label Star Track, a subsidiary of the giant Interscope Label."
Peaches was reportedly dating Farris Rotter of the band The Horrors. They recently broke up and I guess she celebrated by getting married! And it's a good thing her spokesperson issued a statement. Peaches probably didn't even know her new husband went to Harvard! The things you learn about your spouse from a press release!
Peaches recently made news when she apparently overdosed. She later brushed it off and said it was just a "bad experience." Hmmm....something tells me she'll say the same thing in a couple of days when she files for annulment.

I know they fascinate me too, but more Tiger Lily and Michael. I remember seeing pics of her sat on a pavement alone as a tiny toddler while her mum was indoors up to no good :( She didn't even feed Tiger properly as a toddler because she was always in a drugged state. Her grandparents in Australia wanted her so badly to live with them even then, I wished she had got that life, instead of this weird one in London. Poor lass. I agree she's had enough to deal with without being putting into a Hollywood movie.
Peaches probably is a right brat, yet underneath it all a little girl lost without guidance. They are going to be a nightmare in yrs to come!

That's the rumor. At first, it was declared a suicide and Paula went to pieces and said there's no way. Upon further investigation, they declared it something along the lines you are talking about and accidental.
Sir Bob doesn't seem to have done too great a job of raising his daughters. Guess he was too busy feeding the world to pay attention to his own household.

I don't know why, but this family fascinates me.
I really don't think Tiger Lily should go into acting, though, particularly at her age (referencing FrappBloat's post) -- with all the emotional and substance-abuse problems her parents had, that is the LAST industry she should be in. Problems like depression are largely genetic, the poor kid has enough of an uphill battle to climb without throwing Hollywood into the mix.

Bob Geldolf just annoys me so much! He allows let those kids do exactly what they wanted & hardly has any input into them. It's showing now with the kids drugs & these sort of marriages etc Yet it was the fact that he adopted Tiger Lily who has nothing to do with him, when her real grandparents wanted her. Bob Geldolf despised Michael Hutchence with venom, and the fact that he not only insisted on adopting the girl and then in jan 2008 changing her name to Geldolf is the most annoying thing ever. I feel so sorry for the grandparents who lost their son and only grandchild.
He uses that child as a pawn. And she's the only one that has lived with him, the others all lived next door with nannies!
Anywho...I think Bob's raised all of the girls since Paula & Michael's deaths - I said I think, including Tiger. If I'm wrong, I know some of you will correct me. ☺ Paula lost her mind after Michael died and tried to kill herself. She just lost the will to live, despite being the mother to these girls.

No, she's a Geldof baby, Tiger was the last one. Also Paula Yates never married Hutchence as he died just before they were due to wed having hanged himself.
