Damn, They Really Want To Hear What The Troll Has To Say
Mary-Kate Olsen has already issued a statement through her lawyer claiming she doesn't know anything about Heath Ledger's death. The feds still really want to talk to her. They apparently want to know how Heath got a hold of OxyContin and they think the troll knows.
Access Hollywood (via MSNBC) reports that a subpoena has been issued forcing the troll to testify in front of a grand jury.
Before the subpoena was issued, MK agreed to talk to the feds if they gave her ass immunity. A lawyer not connected to the case said that really doesn't mean anything. The lawyer-type said, “It may not mean anything other than she’s getting good legal advice. You don’t know what the DEA may suspect in this case and I think it’s a cautious way to proceed. I think it would be wrong to assume she’s done something criminal simply because she’s invoking her Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination.”
Maybe MK is some sort of evil troll drug lord. I mean, why does she have to hide? Just testify and get it over with! The troll should drag her booster seat over to the court, get on the stand and just answer "You got it dude!" to every question that gets thrown at her.

A friend of mine went to school with the Olsens when they were enrolled in NYU. She told me they kept to themselves, but occasionally dealt coke to meet other students.
If that's true, I wouldn't be surprised if she wanted immunity even if she had nothing to do with Ledger or his OxyContin.
I love MK. Heath's death was tragic, but unless someone else actually forced him to take all of those damn drugs his death was his own fault.

My doctor was asking me what was going on, and I started to tell her some stupid story and began crying uncontrollably. She whipped out her rx pad and wrote me a higher dose...just like that. It's too easy to get that stuff.
So, I'm sure with some boo-hooing to his own doctor, and some boo-hooing to his 'friends,' he was set up like a regular old drug store in that hotel room.

Yeah, hard to say. Obviously I can only speculate, but that very well could be the case. I've never been a drug addict (and am not suggesting Heath was), but have had some experience with them and I've definitely had one or two "oh shit" moments (years ago) where I thought I might be in trouble after mixing substances. I do think it's probably fairly common to underestimate or not completely understand the effect that drugs, especially in combination, can have on the body.
I mean, obviously people are told drugs are dangerous, but I think it's often easy to overlook the risks, especially if you have taken the same drugs before without consequence. I think on some level prescription drugs aren't viewed in the same fashion as say, IV heroin use - which, conversely, leads people to somehow falsely believe they are somehow less dangerous because they come from a doctor. Who knows.
