The New York Post reports that Mary-Kate Olsen has refused to talk to the feds about Heath Ledger's death unless they grant her immunity. Someone has been watching Law & Order...
MK's masseuse was one of the first people to find Heath. She immediately called MK. Instead of calling 911, MK sent her bodyguards over to Heath's apartment.
A source said that the feds have already interviewed everyone from Heath's doctors and housekeepers to Michelle Williams. MK is the only one who is refusing to talk to them. The feds want to know where Heath got a hold of OxyContin. All the other drugs found in his system were legally obtained using prescriptions from his doctors. The source said, "Did it come from a dealer, from a friend? If he had a bottle from a friend, was it taken by someone else before police responded? That is what is trying to be determined."
Federal officials might try and get a grand-jury subpoena to get the troll to talk.
You can go to jail for giving someone OxyContin? I mean, that's the only reason MK would ask for immunity, right? She gave Heath OxyContin and she thinks she's too precious for the chokey. She has nothing to be worried about. Celebrities hardly go to jail. Besides, even if she did go to prison, she's small enough to escape through a hole in the wall or squeeze herself through the bars. If that doesn't work, she can get her woodland creature friends to bust her out.

If only HE would've cared about his family enough not to take drugs, he'd still be here today raising his child. The sociopath was Heath. He played around with a lot of women--including the troll and chose to live it up---and didn't care about being with the mother of his own child. He didn't even have the sense to change his will so his daughter was in it. Who cares if he played a good joker!
No he did love his daughter and Michelle. The problem was not that he was a sociopath, it was he was an addict. It's another type of personality disorder, And from What I hear their are now psychiatric drugs to treat it. The problem with alot of addicts is their so depressesd, they want to die, they think their loved ones would be better off if they were dead or something. They need psychological help as well as help for the addiction. Learning that addiction is a psychological disorder has changed my perspective on this problem. Good ol' Doctor Drew, I've learned a lot from him!!!

I really hate the comments implying that he didn't care about his family because he took drugs or that because he was a "junky" it doesn't make his death tragic or sad. Drug abuse and addiction isn't such a simple thing to control and I don't think people who have drug problems should be demonized as criminals (or sociopaths, as one person in this thread claimed).
I did use the term Sociopath, but I used it Reffering to Mary-Kate, NOT heath! I DO have sympathy for drug addicts, because most of them know what there doing is wrong but they can't always stop. It's actually a personality disorder also, but it doesn't make them a bad person. I've heard there are new psychiatric medications now than can treat addictive personalities. Sociopaths or psychopaths are people with no conscience, they don't know right from wrong, and as of yet there are no treatments, all you can do with them is either throw them in jail or labodmise them. Mary-Kate being so selfish in this investigation, only caring about what happens to her bony little ass, not caring about Heaths family, that appears to be a sign of remorselessness to me!

OxyContin was found in his system, no perscription bottle for OxyContin was found in Heath's apartment. It is a controlled substance, unprescribed use of it is illegal. If MK gave it to Heath, she is gonna be busted as a drug dealer, hence why she wants immunity.

My theory: Natalie wanted to leave Robert for Christopher, Robert suspects his wife is getting it on with her co-star, he goes to be with her, to keep her from going any further with Christopher, they all are playing it off like nothing happened, nothing to see here, move along, til they all get on the boat, they've all been drinking, and somebody slips up and says or does something to indicate to Robert that yeah, they're banging, he argues with Christopher, Natalie gets into it, so Robert starts arguing with her, Chris says "fuck this, I'm out" and goes below decks to let them finish hashing it out. They finish and go below to get ready for bed, she gives Robert some excuse she's going back up, she heads for Chris' room, Robert sees, gets pissed anew, they argue more, he pushes her over.

Which is why it's so stupid for MK to be taking this stance, and why it was stupid for both Chris and Robert to do so. If you've done nothing wrong, why not just say what happened? Not talking leads to questions, and invariably, suspicion.
While I understand both Chris and Robert wanting to protect Natalie's reputation and image, as well as their own, it left both men open to suspicion, and accusation.
Since MK wasn't there, and the prescriptions were Heath's, I don't see how she can be implicated in anything, so why the request for immunity? It begs the question, what is she hiding?

Come to think of it, that's just a weird situation. If I was cheating on my guy I would not be inviting the other man on the boat with us. I don't care if they were friends...too weird.
I just have the hardest time thinking it was Walken. Yeah, the whole situation smells, but if were up to me I would be pointing the finger at Wagner.
Oy...I just had a visual of the three of them all drunk and fighting and finally giving up on the argument. Natalie becomes all dramatic and says she'll kill herself. Boys being boys (and drunk) say "Go ahead, do us all a big favour". She trusses herself up, when the boys decide to call it a night, thinking she's all cool because she won't actually drown...starts yelling "I'm drowning out here! Who will save me? I'm drooowning!" Only that part is fake. They ignore her and, being drunk, fall asleep while the crazy drunk lady proceeds to ACTUALLY drown herself by accident.
