Um...There Must Be An Explanation For This....
Fuckity Fuck! Dreamboat Doherty has gone and done it. I can no longer defend his cracked up ass. At a concert in Spain, Dreamy openly boozed on stage and took drugs. He also gave the Hitler salute. And I think Dreamboat is half Jewish. Ugh. This piece of crackie trash obviously needs to do more drugs. He was probably sobering up when he did it. He can't think straight when he's sober. Bilde.de comments that it's a good thing he did it in Spain and not in Germany, where the salute is illegal.
Maybe that's the signal he gives his personal drug dealer to let him know that he needs a refill? Or maybe he's just a brain dead fucktard. Sigh.

England was never invaded, nor was it ever occupied. "sweet deal" isn't the word for it, but look at the civilian deaths in England versus the Soviet Union, Jugoslavija, or Poland. Trust me, my babcia would MUCH rather have been in the UK during World War II. I think that is what that person was trying to point out, in a horribly worded way. No one is mitigating the civilian toll of the war in Britain, they are correctly pointing out how much worse others had it.

Wearing something for Halloween not so much. I have dressed for halloween as murderers, pirates, hookers and it does not make me any of it (although some people may disagree about the hooker part).

This is reminiscent of a situation I had when I was about fifteen. It was Halloween and my three friends and I were out alone, when all of a sudden five or six boys (probably 16 yrs old or so) dressed in white sheets and pointed caps came running out of some trees screaming "WHITE POWER" at the top of their lungs. They chased us through the entire neighborhood until we were left exhausted and crying in terror on a stranger's front porch.
My point is... it doesn't matter whether either Harry or Doherty understand Hitler's ideals or not. It's disrespectful, stupid, and extremely offensive to mimic the man in any way, shape, or form, just as it is to chase young girls (two of whom were black) dressed in KKK attire.

Second, the link here is to an article that says he took "drugs" on stage. Alcohol? Tobacco? Heroin via needle? Cocaine bump? Does it matter? If so, shouldn't you hold back the hate until you know?
Finally, did he say "Here's the Hitler salute!" I take it it's unlikely he was just extending his arm. If he was so explicit, did he say why? Was he trying to make a political point that shouldn't be oversimplified without context? Perhaps he was criticizing fascism.
Doherty is a mess, but he's a talented mess who shouldn't be attacked without facts, because even through the mess he's not always in the wrong. We all deserve that courtesy.

Seriously, I don't think that's what he's saying. I think he's implying that his society is agreeing with those ideals...and then it's weird. In order to show respect we need to say - You are not allowed to move your body in this way. That right there - fascism. I know it's a sensitivity...I get it.
