1) A man can be a great father and a terrible husband. Happens all the time. Being a dad, after all, requires some different skills -- the ability to nurture children being one -- than being married. Who knows how good a father A-Rod is; so he may not be a perfect role model, but that doesn't mean he's a horrible dad.

2)C-Rod knew she who she was marrying. She probably knew long before he proposed. Men don't change their stripes and they don't hide their tendencies -- good and bad -- very well. 3) She should have gotten a post-nuptial agreement that can be renewed every few years, then made sure it was filed in New York in order to protect her money pot. Marrying in Florida wasn't the problem; if you are a New York resident who marries in Florida, the divorce can be handled in the state in which you reside, not necessarily in the state in which the marriage was held. In any case, she handled the asset-protection badly.

4) A-Rod shouldn't bother marrying again. He likes man-looking pussy too much to stay with one tranny-in-training. And he doesn't need to have anymore children either.

Dumb Dumb Dumb, first of all if your going to get divorced do it in a state where 50/50 is the norm. I think here in Texas, as well as California (?) and New York (?) when you divorce everything is split 50/50, unless there are mitigating circumstances. Second go with a state that will give you more if your husband cheats. I don't know which ones do that but I've heard of many cases where the wife got more becuse of this and if all else fails find a woman judge that has been burned in the past, lawyers should know this information.

ALSO ALWAYS REMEMBER IF YOU'RE GOING TO SIGN A PRE-NUP PUT A CLAUSE IN THERE THAT STATES THAT YOUR HUSBAND WILL HAVE TO PAY YOU SO MUCH MONEY IF HE CHEATS. Say what you will about Catharine Zeta-Jones but bitch was smart for putting a $10 million clause into her pre-nup. Michael Douglas has cheated in the past, so she was smart for thinking once a cheater, always a cheater.

AND LASTLY ALSO HAVE AN AGREEMENT WHERE YOU ARE PAID FOR THE CHILDREN YOU HAVE. Some pre-nups state you get so much money for each child you have. It may sound barbaric bu you might as well get paid.

Signing a pre-nup is one thing, but signing one without an infidelity clause + payout is just plain stupid. Signing a pre-nup without an infidelity clause in a no-fault state, and then getting married to a known cheater is the biggest fucking mistake you can make.

I'd say A-Rod has the upper hand, unless she can show the prenup was forced on her through duress or something. While A-Rod is trying to strike the nasty stuff from her petition, he still adds a bunch of flattering stuff to his response. If it's truly no-fault, it doesn't matter who's right or wrong, just that the marriage has broken down.
