So Long, Bennigan's!
You're going to have to find a new joint to get Broccoli Bites from, because Bennigan's is done! Their parent company filed for bankruptcy, which means all company-owned locations are being liquidated and will never open again as of today. Independently-owned Bennigan's might stay open, but it's not known for how long.
This also royally sucks for employees. They will most likely not get their last paycheck.
I might be a cold cunt (HA!) for saying this, but I'm not going to miss that joint. I prefer to dine at more elegant establishments like Applebee's, Chili's, T.G.I. Friday's and Red Robin. If one of those places closed, my stomach would cry a million tears. Tears of joy probably, because their food seriously fucks you up and leaves your bowels begging for mommy.

I only love Bennigans because Butters from South Park does.

Shit...i couldnt even find that!! Seriously...I was in Glasgow and there were more clothing stores and pubs than ANYTHING there. Oh yeah...and they had Burger King. Nothing else. I did end up losing quite a bit of weight after 10 days though.

I never heard of a Bennigans until South Park, but I prefer to dine at Ruby Tuesdays. THEY MAKE MINI BURGERS!! How do they get them so tiny, yet so delicious?

Argh, no! I haven't lived where there was a Bennigan's in two years, but I had great hopes of getting back for a Monte Cristo sandwich soon. Now my dreams are dashed. *sob!* I don't suppose PurpleNeon could share the recipe?
The last time I went to Bennigan's the food and the service sucked donkey balls.
The monte cristo is one diabolical piece of culinary engineering. A sandwich stuffed with meat and cheese, then fried and sprinkled with powdered sugar with raspberry jam on the side? I guess there was no room on the plate for chocalate chips and bbq dipping sauce. Who came up with this dish? Fat Bastard??

Good ridance to bad rubbish. We had a Bennigans in my town and it stayed open for less then a year because no one wants to eat that trash. Not to mention I'm a little biased because this dumb cunt I know used to work there.
Their food had been going downhill for years now. They were officially off my list when they changed their mozzarella cheese sticks and chicken quesadillas a few years back. Don't mess with good fried cheese. That's just blasphemy.
I don't know what I would do without the Royal Robin burger. Burger, bacon, egg, etc on a bun. Heartattack on a plate, but it's so damn tasty!
