Denise And Charlie Are At It Again
Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen were back in court last week after Denise accused Charlie of some fucked up shit. Denise presented a video to the court of her daughters, Sam and Lola, acting "strangely." Strangely? Were they showing affection towards her because that would be strange.
Basically, Denise was trying to say that she thinks Charlie molested their daughters. Charlie and his lawyers immediately denied that shit and showed video of the girls acting normal around him.
A source told Page Six that Denise only dragged Charlie into court because her reality show is tanking and she's desperate to come up with exciting shit, "She thinks a court battle would be good for ratings so she wants all overnight visits with the girls ceased, and monitored visits with her nanny. She invited the media circus to the hearing and even wanted reporters in the judge's chambers - which wasn't allowed. It's ridiculous." She's accusing Charlie of child touching the girls in order to save her reality show? Denise needs to come and talk to me! That's not the way to get ratings. If she wants ratings, she needs Heather Locklear! Ha! Well, Heather saved "Melrose Place." Nothing can save a sinking reality show faster than a good-old fashioned catfight.
Charlie is planning to sue her for defamation and fight her for full custody of the girls.
It's getting ugly. Uglier than that thing on Charlie's head. At this point, I think the court should do what's best for the girls and immediately hand them over to a pack of wolves.

This woman disgusts me. It's in photos with her that the two kids seem upset and are sucking their thumbs. This woman is self absorbed, totally self interested and probably disses their father in the presence of the girls. There are way too many victims of abuse out there but it's crap like this which diminishes the public's belief in real claims. I do agree with alot of you. Denise is a mother to 2 girls. You defend those daughters against any man, especially a perverted father who is intent on sleeping with hookers and has a internet porn habit! He has proven he has poor judgement. She has no clue what might go on behind closed doors if his visitations are not supervised. Therefore, he gets married. Yes, anyone who thinks this man in his right mind would marry again after this fiasco of a divorce - must be in denial! He is using the new wife as a pawn to get his children back into his life. Let's face it, the judge might go a little easier on him if he has a permanent woman (wife) living with him. He would then appear responsible and somewhat normal. He's not fooling anyone.
As for Denise using this to boost her ratings. Bullshit. You can tell she loves her children. Who cares that she swears? I've watched the show, and I've never seen her cursing up a storm in front of the children. She may have slipped and said something inappropriate -but shit, she's human. All of us at one time have slipped up in front of our kids. Let's not be hypocrites. Her reality show is about her life. This court battle is unfortunately a part of her life. And further more, I think she's done a good job at keeping the kids off the show. We only see them on occasion. Never for more than a few minutes. And some episodes you don't see them at all. Why is it ok for Tori Spelling to do a reality show with her babies, and births, etc. but not for Denise? It's ok for John & Kate plus 8 to revolve an entire show on their 8 young children but NOT ok for Denise? Stop judging already!

So if she holds a press conference at her home, and says, "As part of the custody proceedings, I'm going to stop Charlie's visitation because I have proof he's been molesting the girls," he can't sue for nuttin' over those statements.

I am not familiar with California law, though I doubt it is much different than other states when it comes to matters of sexual abuse and minor children.
Charlie might have to put up with supervised visits and no overnights during the investigation...since allegations of sexual abuse have been made pertaining to a minor under 13 years of age, it will have to be investigated, regardless.
On the bright side, Charlie has enough money to hire the best doc and psychs., this will be over with quickly, and I bet this is dropped within the next couple of weeks.
A judge with a decent head of his shoulders would revoke the mother's physical custody and award it to the father is he requests it. Once again, that is up to the judge....and they do not always do what lay people consider to be common sense.
Yes, Charlie can sue this Dingbat once he has been cleared of all charges. Since he works in the public eye, so to speak, he will have much stronger case since her defamatory accusations may have cost him work, etc.
This stuff is very, very messy.
If Charlie is completely cleared, Denise should go to jail for this stunt. Charlie is no angle but he does not deserve this.

I watched one episode of Denise's "reality" show and those little girls looked petrified. She was screaming profanities with them in the room and they looked so frightened it broke my heart. The only sane person in the whole fiasco is Denise's father, Irv. Those girls would be better off with him because he seems to be the one giving them the most genuine love and care. Nope. There's a "privilege" to say almost anything that relates to a pending court case, so that the parties feel free to say whatever they like to try to help their cases. Doesn't matter if it's true or not. If you could sue over what gets said in court, there'd be 10X the number of cases that are already clogging up the courts.

This tactic is typical of disgruntled wives. I am a social worker and BY LAW we have to investigate any accusation of sexual abuse PERIOD. It puts the children through hell and often ruins the lives of innocent men.
This saddens me for the children--they many never recover emotionally from this.
