Denise And Charlie Are At It Again
Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen were back in court last week after Denise accused Charlie of some fucked up shit. Denise presented a video to the court of her daughters, Sam and Lola, acting "strangely." Strangely? Were they showing affection towards her because that would be strange.
Basically, Denise was trying to say that she thinks Charlie molested their daughters. Charlie and his lawyers immediately denied that shit and showed video of the girls acting normal around him.
A source told Page Six that Denise only dragged Charlie into court because her reality show is tanking and she's desperate to come up with exciting shit, "She thinks a court battle would be good for ratings so she wants all overnight visits with the girls ceased, and monitored visits with her nanny. She invited the media circus to the hearing and even wanted reporters in the judge's chambers - which wasn't allowed. It's ridiculous." She's accusing Charlie of child touching the girls in order to save her reality show? Denise needs to come and talk to me! That's not the way to get ratings. If she wants ratings, she needs Heather Locklear! Ha! Well, Heather saved "Melrose Place." Nothing can save a sinking reality show faster than a good-old fashioned catfight.
Charlie is planning to sue her for defamation and fight her for full custody of the girls.
It's getting ugly. Uglier than that thing on Charlie's head. At this point, I think the court should do what's best for the girls and immediately hand them over to a pack of wolves.

Who's defending Sheen? Nobody here said he's an innocent. However, you can't accuse someone of something as serious as child molestation until you have facts, or proof.
What I can't believe is how certain folks are defending Denise as if she's some type of innocent. I mean, hello? Look at whom she married. Not to mention the fact that, if you really care about the well being of your children, you wouldn't drag this divorce battle through the mud in public. Is she not doing that? Right. I rest my case.

Denise goes on and on about other famous people putting their kids on television. The difference is most of the others haven't been living in the same type of scandalous environment as Sam and Lola. To make it worse, it's always public. Denise would be far more credible if she pulled the plug on her show.
Yes, I watched the season finale for the first time, and it was nice to see Sam and Lola laugh, but I bet those moments are fewer than they should be.
What's also sad about this (if memory serves me right) when Denise was with Ritchie Sambora you never heard a peep about Charlie being a bad father (or at least molesting them) she seems to be jealous that Charlie has moved and she's alone
Denise is a psychopath, and a pathological liar! She taunted and publicly tormented Heather to the point she needed treatment! Charlie Sheen has always been honest with the public about his past, and because of his past people still judge him presently! She probably poisons their daughters against him too! What a nasty bitch!

Sure, plenty of bullshit cases get to court. But not about false sexual abuse ( a crime in and of itself), against a public figure (many counterclaims to deal with), in a criminal court (hello, the gov't. is now in charge) by an attorney in their right mind (meaning that they have any sort of concern for consequences to their client or themselves).
I am an attorney, by the way, and no client is getting between me and my license to practice.

Why would Denise lie about anything? She tried to give him a 2nd chance during her 2nd pregnancy and after the birth. It didn't work. To me that's a woman who tried awfully hard to give her babies the family that they deserve. It's Charlie's perversion that obviously ruined those chances. She tried to give his ass the benefit of the doubt when she married him. Apparently he proved her wrong.

I don't see why people are jumping to conclusions about what this tape shows or what Richards' intent was. She has maintained, over the course of their whole separation/divorce/custody negotiations that Sheen is hostile, violent and behaves erratically. It is quite possible that this video was meant to show their daughters' distress (as she allegedly witnessed) due to the father's emotional/psychological state. It may very well be an exaggerated claim, and, sadly, that would be far from uncommon in these kinds of custody wars. But still, an exaggerated threat on her part would be a far cry from sexual abuse allegations, which would introduce a highly criminal element to the mix, and a whole new ugly chapter in this fight. She would also be relinquishing control once the government gets involved. No divorce attorney in their right mind would allow her to take such a step without believing in its veracity, themselves.
