heroin is hardly toxic to the human body, whereas crack-cocaine is highly toxic. Heroin can lower your blood pressure to a fatal level, but only if you dont have a proper habit and do too much. Other than that, heroin wont kill you. Crack is highly damaging to all the major organs. Overdose is unlikely if not impossible (being on crack alone), but you do damage to your body each and every time you smoke that shit.
