Not only did Brit Brit sign over sole custody of SPF and JJ to KFed, but she has also agreed to pay his ass $20,000 a month in child support. He used to get $15,000 a month. He got a raise! $200 for the kids and $19,800 for him! Kids only need a box of animal crackers and a couple of Crayolas.
People reports that KFed's lawyer will also get $250,000 from Brit Brit for his work on the custody case.
So what does Brit Brit get in return? Peace and quiet! She can finally enjoy her glass of Boones Farms without some annoying ass kid tugging at her sweatpants, complaining about how hungry he is. Seriously, Brit got more visitations and an extra overnight. A source told E! that once the conservatorship of her estate ends, she will ask the court for 50/50.
The settlement papers haven't been filed, but it's pretty much a done deal. They were supposed to go to trial and now that's not going to happen.
Brit's lawyer said, "It was a victory for the whole family that they don't have to go to a trial." It's not a victory for us. Brit Brit and KFed's courtroom drama was going to be my summer guilty pleasure. What about the hours of entertainment we were going to get from that trial? What about us?! They are so selfish!

My narcissistic, psychotic mother is a prime example of A. drugs don't work and B. Counseling doesn't work and C. She'll ALWAYS be a cunt.
Mommy Meanest has been on anti-antidepressants since I was a teen and she's gone through numerous psychiatrists/psychologists and counselors to no avail. She's still a mean, scary, self-absorbed bitch. You know what she does when a counselor doesn't agree with her? She immediately fires him/her rather than hear the harsh truth because all she really wants in life is to pay for someone to parrot her bullshit and keep her in her mental 'safety zone'.
I truly, honestly hope Britney gets help. She's still young and perhaps there is some way for her to recover. My mother wanted to break my spirit (but I stubbornly persisted in my own way of thinking and worked my way around my mother's mental sickness) and perhaps Britney's mom broke hers and now she's the product of a person who never really found their own identity.

She did make the best decision for the boys. KFed may not be much, but he's definitely more stable than she is, and that's what those kids need more than anything else, a safe and stable environment.

EastEndGirl, I agree. He hasn't sold the kids to her crazy family, he hasn't pimped them into magazines with staged "candids," and by all accounts the kids are safe and happy (even if it's certainly a nanny doing the work) and secure for the first time in their tiny lives.
No more frantic little faces, no more sad waves to the paps, no more people having to dive for them, no more "cuntry" drives with a child flopping out of its unbuckled carseat, no more boating without lifejackets, no more drunken mommy dragging them out of bed to play with her, or holding them hostage in her bathroom.
Yeah, he's a golddigger, but at least he's keeping those kids in a stable, safe environment. And given that she really and truly went off the deep-end after the divorce, he must have been a good influence on her. Kind of like a live-in nurse.
Hell, he deserves every penny for living with that insane creature for so long!
I think she made the right decsion. Many mothers would say "why didn't you fight for your child/children?" But being a mother means you want your children in the BEST POSSIBLE CARE-and she realized she wasn't the one. That says alot. I hope she gets the help she needs and one day be able to take care of the children. It doesn't matter how matter how much money you have, if you are not capable, you are not capable. I wish her well.

I think her drug use has contributed to her mental issues. Since her Grandmother committed suicide, she's certainly got the hereditary trait for mental illness. She's done a lot of coke, and a lot of ecstasy, and those things can really screw up the old bean.
